There we go, Leon's app is finally complete. Bio took a while, but apart from that he should be good to go.

Username: Admiral_Stalfos19

RP Name: Leon Nevada
Age: 33
Hometown: Fuschia City, Kanto
e4e13efc09b27160f0d9e5f26f96a847820892d8
Biography: Leon Nevada was originally a member of Team Rocket, who'd followed the footsteps of his mother and father. But before he was offered the chance to sign up, Leon and his mother were trying to make a living in Fuschia City where he was born. Leon's mom had only joined Team Rocket because she had nowhere else to turn and needed the money, whereas Leon himself was trying to look after an injured Starly that he had found washed up on the beach one morning. Things were looking bleak to begin with, but an Officer Jenny had arrested Leon's mother while he was outside trying to fix the Starly's broken wing. The arrest greatly angered Leon, to the point where he vowed that he'd plot his revenge on the world. And so, Leon started his Pokemon journey when he was 8 years old, significantly younger than the age of which he was legally allowed to venture the world of Kanto. Still, he might as well have had the head start that he had, which he immediately put to good use through training the Starly, which he had since nicknamed Falcon, until it had evolved into a Staravia, and finally a Staraptor. With that, Leon immediately challenged Brock to a gym battle... and won.

Having seen the battle between Falcon and Brock's Pokemon go so smoothly for the former, Giovanni, the leader of Team Rocket, had offered a position for a grunt to Leon. Seeing this as his chance to exact revenge for his mother, Leon accepted, but wasn't actually put to work until he was 13, at which point Falcon was considerably and vastly stronger. Leon was mainly given tasks to steal Pokemon from any trainers he saw fit, and ship them straight to Giovanni. However, he had kept a couple for himself; a Pawniard, which he had evolved into a Bisharp, and a Breloom, which was the last Pokemon that he was able to steal before Team Rocket had disbanded. Leon was undeterred by the disband, instead deciding to travel to the Cygrus Region in search of a new team of villians. That was where Team Dragonius came into play. Thankfully, there was a spot upon for him when the previous leader was around, but it wasn't for a while that Leon got promoted to Commander. His skills had continued to be overlooked even as former Commander 'Coral' Rosewood took over. But as many other Commanders came and went, Leon decided enough was enough, and made his case to become one. Now, Leon serves as Coral's advisor, and is now taking action on his vengeful ultimatum for the first time in a long time.
Personality: In addition to his role as a Team Draconius Commander, Leon serves as an advisor of sorts, offering possible strategies for Coral to accept or deny. He also happens to specialize in surveillance and gathering intel. Although he's well acquainted with Moira von Schroder, Leon tends to think lowly of any Team Draconius grunts that haven't shown potential. He's just as unforgiving when it comes to mistakes, much like Coral, and he especially despises of those that cost him the success of each mission. Leon can be rather cold-blooded in such a situation; about the only time he'll admit fault is when he knows damn well he can't blame anyone else. However, unlike Coral, Leon is nowhere near as likely to lose it, and tends to keep a cool, calm and collected personality most of the time. Falcon, Leon's Staraptor, remains outside of his Pokeball the vast majority of the time, and sometimes even perches on his shoulder on occasions. The only time Leon willingly returns Falcon to its Pokeball is when he's trying to battle with another of his Pokemon, as Falcon tends to be overzealous when it catches witness of a Pokemon battle. Falcon is equipped with a special CPU around its neck, which gives Leon a 360-degree vision of the Pokemon's surroundings via iPhone, even when Falcon itself is otherwise engaged. This comes in handy as Leon likes constant updates on what the Elite 4 and other trainers are up to.
Trainer Type: Team Draconius Commander
Starter Pokemon: Falcon

Pokemon Team: Chandelure, Falcon (Staraptor), Bisharp, Alakazam, Breloom, Kingdra

I just noticed the abundance of Bisharp...

There's a Dark-type Gym with one, Rose's father owned a Bisharp, Leon owns another one, and I was originally going to have Rose obtain a Bisharp, before I decided it didn't have good synergy with his character...Then again, another of his Pokémon is going to be the total polar opposite of what you'd expect Rose to own.  Why is that guy so popular, though?

I think it'll take me at least 2 posts to get to Gradnis Forest (1 to cover Greenvine Hill, the other getting to Gradnis Forest.)

Don't worry - feel free to take your time.

Now, hopefully we can get the plot rolling faster over the long weekend; does that sound okay with everyone? :3

Though I don't want to go too slowly.

As for the plot, when would be a good/appropriate time for the regular trainers to find out about Team Draconius?

Probably around the time when the normal trainers are working on their 2nd or 3rd badge - but ultimately, I can leave that to Stalfos/Sapphyre to decide when the time is right.

@ Dharc - if Sapphyre doesn't post by this afternoon, you can drag the plot along if you would like - he/she can create a flashback to whatever Pokemon captures made within that skip.

Fair enough.

I know back in the previous RP, my trainer "conveniently" met the E4 person in the first forest and helping him with a lost pokemon, but since the E4 have their jobs which they'll want to keep secret, I might not have them meet yet
