Alright one app is almost done, and will be up later today, the other will be up within the next couple days.

EDIT: First app done, oh Zextra I hope I didn't go out of bounds for what you wanted us to have for the RP Sample.
Username: Sapphyre

RP Name: Moira Von Schroder ~ Female

Age: 29

Hometown: Ever Grande City, Hoenn

Appearance: Moira’s skin is a pale white skin as she is not often out in the sun preferring to stay inside the Draconius Headquaters. Her eyes are an icy blue that have piercing quality about them that always seem to them. Moira’s hair is a smooth silver that falls like a waterfall down to her waist. They also always seem to have an amused or patronizing look to them, while her face usually remains blank of emotions the best people being able to elicit is boredom. Moira has high cheek bones, and thin lips, that always have a fresh scarlet color to them, and her cheeks always seeming to have a natural blush. Moira wears small amount of Tyrian purple eyeshadow, with small hints of gold at the edges preferring to use as little make-up as possible. Her nails are long and manicured filed down to a very sharp point. Moira wears a D-cup size and is a fairly short 5’ 5(especially compared to her superior) weighing 144 lbs.

Moira’s Team Draconius uniform consists of a pitch loose black high collared sweater, which the sleeves fall past her hands, with a deep red trim, wear it falls short at her stomach and would reveal her belly button were it not for an under- armor like piece of clothing she wears underneath. On the Team Draconius logo emblazoned on her breast, small cloth hooks for her Pokeballs also just below her breasts, and a hood. The under- armor like piece is tight and hugs to her skin, but a lighter shade of black, and holes in the sleeves were her thumbs poke out, and a collar that can be pulled up above her face to hide her identity. As for her lower body Moira wears lose fitting, pitch black silky feeling pants, which also have a deep red trim, and purple hiking boots, which provide comfort and support to her feet.

While in public Moira changes her outfit as to make sure nobody knows that she is one of the Commanders of Team Draconius. She wears a pure white baret, and a white scarf with a lime green crisscross pattern. Moira wears a long blood red coat over a form fitting pitch black sweater, which shows off her curves. She wears form fitting jeans that show off her hips with black high heels, and though she has a somewhat casual for of dress she keeps a business like air about her.

Biography: Moira was born to a lower middle class family in Ever Grande City, and while her parents could provide things for her, as she was an only child, they couldn’t afford to do things many other families around them did. Her mother ran a small herb business, while her father the attendant for the Pokemon League. Moira realized from early on that things in life would not come easy to her and that she would need to fight tooth and nail for everything in life, and this philosophy was only reinforced to her by her parents, who from an early age drilled into her that she would have to earn everything as they couldn’t afford the things other kids around her could. In school Moira worked hard, studying for hours for every test, making sure she memorized every part of the material, and did not have time for friends, which consequently made her socially awkward. In her free time Moira would read the dictionary, encyclopedias, and science books, as she had a particular liking for the subject, which as most kids do brought on teasing that she was a nerd. Already socially distant the words affected her little, and were often said behind her back, but with no way for her to find out about said rumors due to a lack of social life many of them floated around without her eve noticing.

On her 10th birthday Moira had come home not expecting anything special, as again they could not afford a gift for Moira, but when she arrived home she found her parents beaming at her with a small brown fluff sitting at their kitchen table. Moira’s mother told her that as soon as Moira had been born her parents had begun saving money so that on her tenth birthday they could by a single Pokeball, and while she was out at school had caught and Eevee. Her mother said that she had earned the Pokemon as a reward for exceling at school, and by the time her 10th birthday had come around she had far surpassed her fellow classmates. At first Moira had been shocked at this, as she had never had any real interaction with Pokemon except the Roeslia her mother kept at her herb store, and even then she had only seen that when she went to her mother’s store. Though given the option Moira preferred to stay in Ever Grande City instead of going on a Pokemon journey to continue her education.

Though Moira continued her education she built more time in to it for her Eevee and for Pokemon training fully realizing that if she kept consuming all her time with studies she would neglect the poor Pokemon. Before long Eevee became strong, but never did evolve for some reason even though it had a very close relationship with its Trainer. Before long Moira would go off to college taking her Eevee with her, and she elected to go to Snowpoint City’s Diamond Peak University to major in business intending to run a business and make a name for herself wanting to dig herself out of the poverty that she had lived in for most of her life. During this time Moira and her Eevee discovered a secret cave in which Moira’s Eevee evolved into a Glaceon. Moira would major in Computer Programming, Finance, and Business Law. She would also minor in chemistry, physics, and psychology as she intended to run a business on manufacturing advanced technology.

Moira then began her business in the newly discovered Cygrus region soon after leaving college, by getting donations from the Pokemon Centers to manufacture PCs. In its first couple years Moira stayed as a small business manufacturing PCs for Pokemon Centers, but after the invention of the P.R.M (Pokemon Reanimation Machine) Moira’s small business became a booming corporation. Though not original the P.R.M was a huge improvement over old models, as it was compact and cheaper to build allowing for many to be built at once. During this time Moira’s father had died, and Moira’s mother had fallen prey to serious Rheumatoid Arthritis, and moved her mother closer to her so that she would be easier to care for. Soon after Moira received her mother’s Roserade, which she had been able to evolve while Moira was at college, as she was no longer able to take care of it. Soon after she would be contacted by Team Draconius who wished to use her and her company to further their plans, and Moira promptly accepted becoming head of the R&D department.

Personality: Moira can only be described as stoic, she is a person who does not easily her true thoughts and feelings, her personality can be as much an enigma as the topics she studies. A generally intelligent person she is not easily fooled, and can read the emotions of people through even the slightest physical clues that they might give. Due to Moira’s ability to “read people like an open book” she is quite tactful able to react easily to situations, even those which are unexpected. She dislikes dealing with hot-headed people due to the fact that they are nothing but an unpredictable variable in her equations, which is exactly how she treats life as an equation or formula to be solved. Moira’s life has been dedicated to science so it is quite logical that she sees life in this way, and with each and every thing taking the logical choice, constantly weighing the pros and cons of her actions. Through the years she has developed an outward appearance of apathy, which can often get her off on the wrong foot of people who aren’t familiar with her.

In relation to her fellow Team Draconius members, she takes a different attitude depending on the rank of the member. With grunts she demands respect, but does not treat them as though they are trash viewing them as humans, though of a lower class than herself, though she can be harsh sometimes. Moira holds the grunts at a low standard, and does not have high expectations for them; often prepared to deal with a situation herself should the grunts fail. From her fellow Commander Moira treats them as equals, but holds him/her at a higher standard than the grunts expecting him/her to be able take care of themselves as without relying on her, or failing at their tasks. In terms of attitude she treats her fellow Commander the same as she treats everyone else, with a distant and stoic personality. Her leader though requires a slightly different approach, always using calm soothing tones especially when she is about to tell her bad news and attempts to alleviate her anger. Usually when things go wrong she sends a grunt to deal with her leader, because she knows that she will become enraged, and will have an easier time diffusing the situation if her leader has had time to cool off.

With her Pokemon Moira treats them as if they were the Crown Jewels, and pampers her Pokemon to no extent. Moira can commonly be found with her Pokemon most of the time enjoying the time they spend together. Moira actually enjoys the company of Pokemon more than people, and shows more of a personality around them as well, showing amusement and contentedness compared to her bored look. Moira’s favorite Pokemon, her Glaceon, is often kept out of its Pokeball and can be seen curled on her lap while she strokes its head. Moira will do anything for her Pokemon, and anything to make them stronger, which was her whole reason for joining Team Draconius, being promoted to a Commander was just a plus.

Moira’s battle style reflects her personality thinking several steps ahead of her opponent, and avoiding damage whenever possible. She also prefers to use strategy and defensive tactics opposed to brute force, and also using her intelligence to play mind games with her opponents. Moira’s battle style can also be known for being extremely tricky feinting moves, or missing with an attack on purpose, though ultimately every move Moira makes fits into her master plan. While she does use the same general skeleton for her strategies remains the same she never uses the same exact strategies for battle, and actually will often lead others on to make them think she is using one strategy while using another strategy entirely.

Trainer Type: Team Draconius Commander

Starter Pokemon: Glaceon
Seviper; Roserade; Gardevoir; Lapras; Dragonite

RP Sample: The Team Draconius helicopter touched down on a small clearing on Graklus Isle were one of the team’s commanders, Moira, had been setting up her newest experiment, making the Renegade Pokemon leave its cozy home in the Reverse World, or perhaps more accurately allowing them access to its world. Of course one could simply enter the Reverse World, and technically Giratina controlled all access to the Reverse World, so if Giratina didn’t want you in you wouldn’t get in. Of course breaking in would be much easier from a point where the Reverse World and Real World were closer together, therefore making the Reverse World’s energy easier to latch on to. By using the new machine Moira could literally make a tear in the dimensions to enter Giratina’s world, and retrieve it.
Moira strode with confidence a suit case in her hand, which contained a console for activating the machine. Moira set the briefcase down and unloaded the various bits of gear setting the console up, and syncing it to the device.

Once this was finished Moira motioned for one of the one station grunts to come over to her, “Is all of the equipment set up I don’t wish to be here too long nor do I want to attract more attention than we have to, because I’m sure that Giratina isn’t coming without a fight, and that fight certainly won’t be quiet either.”

“Yes ma’am all preparations have been made all you need to do is activate the machine.” The grunt said, though showing a perfectly calm exterior Moira saw the way he fidgeted with his fingers obviously nervous about being near someone so high up in the ranks.

“ Good,” Moira nodded and the grunt bowed and scurried off to get ready for the emergence of the Renegade Pokemon,” beginning activation in three… two… one,” Moira’s figure had barely touched the screen when sparks lept from it jumping from her finger to her body, as she writhed away from the console in pain her arms moving wildly as if she could bat the sparks away.

After a few seconds the sparks died down leaving all the equipment ruined,”Hmmm… it seems Giratina doesn’t want us here, well unfortunately we’ll have to come back another time, after we get this gear packed up.” Moira turned towards the helicopter as the grunts began scurrying around to clean up, muttering about how the leader wasn’t going to be happy about this.

I assume there is going to be a storage system so that a person can have more than 6 pokemon.

There will be, but I'm going to discourage the use of a rotating party (like Ash in Best Wishes). Feel free to catch extras, though.

How many slots are left?

Well, so far three people (British, Sapphyre, and Stalfos) have submitted applications, and you've also submitted some - still need the RP sample from you, though.

And honestly, once we get one more applicant, I think we'll be okay to start. Once again, can everyone who's applied "guarantee" their activity here? :3

I'm not planning on using a rotating party. (My characters' parties are set in stone) If extras are caught, they may only have a 1-off use (or no use at all), but that'd be it tbh.
Ok so I finally figured out what I'd like to reserve for my regular Trainer: Venomoth, Ariados, Altaria, Lunatone, Solrock, and Sceptile    I'd also like to reserve a Psychic Elite Four with Metagross, Espeon, Gallade, Medicham, Claydol, and Beheeyem.
That works - if you can get the app in, the spot is yours. Your teams look good as well.
...   I want an Elite 4 now. Preferably one of the later ones. And if I can have one, I'd like to make him a Steel specialist.
You will be the last Elite 4 member then. As for order, it's kind of arbitrary in the RP; there's not really a hierarchy for them.

I'm withdrawing from this RP.

Partly because I'm too busy right now to complete the applications.

And partly because most of the Pokemon I wanted got taken before I got here.

I do hate the fact that people feel there can be no team overlaps...That's like not wanting to watch two different movies because they both have one or two of the same actors.  Oh well, some people are just like that, I suppose.  Pity.
