Agro
The last game I bought for it that wasn't on offer/platinum/dirt cheap having been really old and was actually kindof a new release was.... um... *checks through games*... probably FF12. Which was crap. Discuss.
Aerion Brightflame
What did everyone hate about this? I've heard people say it's repetitive, but I didn't find it that bad really. I'd go as far as to say aside from Vaan, I enjoyed it.
Bahamut - Envoy of the End
No notification for getting quoted? Hmmm... The heroes (except Balthier) were uninteresting. The baddies were uninteresting. Combat was not engaging. I could set gambits quite defensively, walk into a boss fight, leave the computer to have dinner, come back and find us victorious. The story was far too confusing, political and dull. All in all it... was... AWFUL. The only redeeming feature was the Hunter's Clan, which was a great sidegame, in otherwise a sandsea of crap. Agro
The joke is that at the time of release it was considered the best FF.
The Warden
Except that EVERY time a new FF game is released in the main series people think it's the best one. They tried with a neat system, but, the game really is BLLLLLLLAAAAAARRRRRHHHHHH boring really. I'm just glad they had Balthier to constantly be the leading man with his suave charms, and his bunny girl accomplice. Also, Vaan's abs look sprayed on. Cute Rotten Yoshika
The story was far too confusing, political and dull. i dont care about the rest of that post because thats all your opinion but really? a game set in ivalice, a region first featured in Final Fantasy Tactics (which is one of, if not the most politically minded FF games of all time) and thats what youre gonna pick on? it comes with the territory. the ivalice region is the region of choice when they wanna make stories in that vein. if you dont like that then i dont know what youd expect be done differently. its like complaining a romance story has too much kissing. its silly. Bahamut - Envoy of the End
The joke is that at the time of release it was considered the best FF. Considered as, or promoted as? There is a difference you know :p Yeah, at first everyone gushed over it 'cuz its a new FF shut up'. But once that wore off it was bad. And yes I did read the above reply. i dont care about the rest of that post because thats all your opinion but really? a game set in ivalice, a region first featured in Final Fantasy Tactics (which is one of, if not the most politically minded FF games of all time) and thats what youre gonna pick on? it comes with the territory. the ivalice region is the region of choice when they wanna make stories in that vein. if you dont like that then i dont know what youd expect be done differently. its like complaining a romance story has too much kissing. its silly. If you had cared about the rest of my post you would have noticed I didn't just pick on that. I also said the heroes were boring and unlikeable, the villians were boring and unhateable, the battle system was uninvolving and autopilot. I've never played Tactics (not that that's an excuse for either of our arguments) but seriously everything about it was just bad, with a few exceptions I also credited above. Well, and I guess the license system was pretty neat development too, but otherwise. Last year I completed 7 (again), completed 8 (first play), completed 9 (again), completed 10 (again), played a hell of a lot of 6 before rage-quitting near the end, and a considerable amount of 4. I tried to play 12 again for about 10-15 hours, and lost interest. Enough said.
❤ Lovely Warrior ❤
I was extreamly upset when I got this Final Fantasy. It was just awful. Good thing it was only 15 or so dollers when I bought it.

Just Crouton
From what I've played so far, it's a pretty fun game. I've never played an FF game where I got lost in the world, and wanted to explore like in 12. Still not as fun as 8 or the Tactics series, though. ~NOiSE~
I didn't really get too far in this game, but I didn't feel like it was quite as engaging as the other installments. I'll have to try again though. 10 is probably my favorite out of the ones I've played.
