Darth Revan of the Sith
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rV6Z5KUja4k

4/5 Stars Christopher McQuarrie is a stylish and attentive director, but Tom Cruises casting conflicts with the source material leaving a giant hole in it's plot. Tom Cruise is an astounding actor, his acting as Jack Reacher was phenomenal. The movie's cinematography and stunts were well coordinated and the Directing was simply great. The supporting cast had good chemistry and the plot was at least faithful enough to the book. Except for one big thing. Tom Cruise might be able to play Jack Reacher, but he can never look like Jack Reacher. Tom Cruise just doesn't fit the part and even though he gives a stylish performance, it is hampered by from what I see just a bad decision on casting. This does not deter the fact that this movie is good. It's action and mystery are great and it's sound effects are the best I have ever seen of a crime movie. Honestly in my view this is the Die Hard of mystery movies. That being said, it felt to much like a two hour long episode of CSI with almost no clear end in sight. However the action sequences are good, the pace is fantastic, the directing of Christopher McQuarrie has it's merits and all in all it was a good film.
So YCM, Good, bad, or indifferent?
