Ｍｒ．Ｒｏｂｏｔ Posted January 22, 2013 Report Share Posted January 22, 2013 Luther is a British psychological crime drama television series starring Idris Elba as the title character Detective Chief Inspector John Luther who uses logical reasoning and psychology to solve crimes . Luther is an old-school kind of bend-the-rules-to-get-the-job-done type of detective. His biggest challenge has been to shake off the attentions of a confessed murdered called Alice Morgan. That apart, he has had to deal with a messy divorce that saw his wife run off with a former Doctor who (Paul McGann) only for her to end up being killed by one of his co-workers (Steven Mackintosh) who was then killed in a group effort that involved Luther, his murdering follower and his wife’s lover. Season 3 will air sometimes around here and they use a sweet ass Massive Attack for the intro song which is awesome so discuss Luther and please, no Sherlock comparison.
