Cute Rotten Yoshika
ive been testing this the past several hours and it runs pretty dang well. havent tested two gulldo yet (i added a second one by ditching a caam cuz they were clogging my hand) and im considering dropping 1 barbados for something...else. wynn in side deck is a proxy for elfuria (havent tried it out yet). any other suggestions, comments, etc are welcome. TheTurtleOnceCalledGod
-2 metal dragon thingy +1 Barbaros +1 Spy I'd recommend more variety in the extra deck over having lots of multiples. Oh, and if you want, you can replace your Barbaros for Malefic Cyber End's, or for Malefic Stardust's. Malefic Cyber End's would cost more in extra deck space, though. Cute Rotten Yoshika
fusilier dragon has several advantages over barbaros, such as being level 7 for stardust and being able to dodge BTH if i dont have skill drain. if anything i would drop a barbaros for another fusilier because barbaros is much less useful for the deck in general. a third spy is unnecessary. two runs very well and gravekeeper's arent the focus of the deck (thats why i have terraforming in side, in case i want to ditch commandment and still be able to search necrovalley.) and i have a malefic stardust in side. it has been incredibly underwhelming. either i have necrovalley on the field and not skill drain and i get a 2500 that really locks down any pushes i could make until something else kills it or i do have skill drain and i have a 2500 vanilla which is useless when i regularly drop 2800 and 3k vanillas. and either way i have to throw out a regular stardust which is miles better and has saved me many many times. i do realize my extra needs some work and im trying that. any suggestions for it in particular? Coffee Black
3 Lance and 3 MST seems excessive, unless your going for an OTK or some super agressive play. And since you use Skill Drain you probably don't. y u no Dark Hole or Torrential I don't really like your extra. You run many copies of certain synchros when you could add some xyz. Cute Rotten Yoshika
3 Lance and 3 MST seems excessive, unless your going for an OTK or some super agressive play. And since you use Skill Drain you probably don't. y u no Dark Hole or Torrential I don't really like your extra. You run many copies of certain synchros when you could add some xyz. 3 mst because i need SOME s/t destruction but not a lot. torrential and dark hole hurt my field setup. just because theyre staples in most decks doesnt mean they help with mine. lance is far FAR more than just an offensive card and seeing it only as that is shortsighted. it lets me setup in peace by dodging bth torrential etc. it has defensive uses in that i can bait attacks from people and gain the upper hand. i can use it when skill drain is up in case i need an important monster effect to go off like ancient faerie. and finally i DO make big pushes fairly regularly. it helps with that. 3 lance has absolutely been a lifesaver and it has never hurt the consistency of the deck. i know the extra needs some work. i have been swapping out some of the stuff currently listed because after ditching the awful level 2 gusto tuner i realized i cant realistically make level 6 synchros and also for more variety. id have to creature swap a level 3 or 5 monster. xyz is a different matter though. as stated, i am testing elfuria in the deck which locks down a lot of xyz options. i dont want to fill my extra deck with monsters i cant use most of the time. additionally, i dont really have many good options considering i dont run a large number of many levels, except level 4. which isnt the worst level to have a lot of but that means that using elfuria i dont really lock my opponent out of anything. i have honestly never been in a situation yet where an xyz summon would save me and a synchro wouldnt. i rarely even have two monsters of the same level on the field simultaneously. it wouldnt in any way help the goal of the deck.
