Welcome to After the Flood. I spent about a week fleshing out this RP idea and typing it all up. Theres so much stuff though, I figured I'd just give a summary of it in this topic, and then upload the Word document on Mediafire for the more detailed stuff.

The surface used to be a great place. Beautiful plains, majestic forests, mountains taller than the clouds. Then the flood happened. The oceans and lakes suddenly overflowed, and water overwhelmed the cities and towns worldwide. Thankfully, the Dwarves of the Underground agreed to assist the surface-dwellers such as Humans, Elves, and so on. We all moved to the Underground, founding our own settlements in sprawling caverns, housing ourselves in the walls. But although the Dwarves only helped the races friendly to them, some others not so friendly managed to get into the tunnels on their own, such as the Orcs. Goblins and Drow already roam this underground, and assault us every day.
My name is Sahira, queen of the Nomads. This is not our lifestyle. The Nomadic race should be roaming the desert, following the code of our ancestors. I’ve sent a scout to the surface. Hopefully, the floods will have gone down by now.

The plot for After The Flood goes like this. You are the chosen emissary of the leader of your race, and you’ve been sent to the surface to determine if the floods are gone or not, and if they are, what caused them in the first place.[/spoiler]

Personality: Xaria is a quiet, but outgoing individual. She enjoys exploring, and is always up for a good laugh, which sets her apart from other Drow. She loves to give and take jokes, both of the verbal and practical kind. She loves to hang out with friends, and is always quick to share a smile.
Appearance: True to the Drow appearance, her skin is colored a black-purple color. Xaria has large dark blue eyes with shiny black hair that goes down to her waist, and has long bangs that she often has to wipe out of her eyes. She’s rather busty, but not too busty. Her clothes consist of cloth attire weaved of black silk, and a purple-black cloak with no hood. She wears black leather boots.
[spoiler=Biography] Xaria was born in the Underground, learning to raid the Dwarven settlements and to piss off the Goblins. She grew up happy, always with an affinity for instruments. One day however, she was playing her lute when an old Drow wizard walked up to her, smiling. She finished her song, and the old wizard said; “You have magical potential in you. I hope to help you unlock it.” Magic among Drow was revered, but the Drow have not had a Bard in centuries. Xaria was taught the ways of magic by the old wizard, who’s name was Luna. Luna taught Xaria how to channel magic through the lute, and Xaria became the first Drow Bard in centuries. Then Arachna, Queen of the Drow, sent her on a mission to the surface. Apparently, a flood had happened there a few decades ago, and the races that hid down here from the floods were scouting it out. Arachna did not want to be left behind, as the Drow were ever looking for a way to establish a kingdom on the surface. [/spoiler]

Name: Lyria Arashi
Age: 37 (about 18 in human years)
Gender/Sexuality: Female/Straight
Personality: Lyria is fairly friendly and enjoys joking and laughing along with friends, and is rather quick to anger and to forgive. She also tends to be a bit flighty, going from one thought to a totally different one without difficulty. When she's on a job though, her personality turns much more serious and focussed on what she's doing, and making sure not to stuff up. She also has a bit of a sadistic streak when this way, and enjoys torturing the victims, though she saves that for when she is certain of the kill. This almost dual personalities occured out of a necessity to protect her lighter personality from becoming tainted by what she's done over the years as an assassin. When she either picks up one of her daggers, or is working for a job of some sort, the darker personality surfaces and takes control until the job is over.
Appearance: Syrons typically have very dark skin, which allows them to blend into the shadows easier, and otherwise are fairly humanlike in appearance. Lyria is also fairly short, standing at only 161 centimetres, and usually wears her hooded black cloak with just some cloth armour underneath that she's dyed black as well. She wears a pair of black leather boots and has her steel dagger attached to a belt inside the cloak, and her silver dagger hidden in a sheath in the leggings of the cloth armour. She has long silver hair, tied back into a ponytail with a piece of metal string with spikes woven into it to prevent an enemy from taking advantage of it, and fairly dull green irises.
Biography: about 17 years ago now, Lyria was one of the few amongst the Syron race to choose to train as an assassin, and finding an apprenticeship under one of the older assassins wandering around Syron's capital city, she did just that. Over those 10 years she learnt the arts of the assassin, as well as how to make the most of her small magical talents. 7 years ago, she finished her apprenticeship and joining the ranks of the assassins guild, a guild that exists throughout all the races except the elves and exists to form a sort of grapevine for the assassins to make use of. As a full assassin and part of the assassin's guild, she managed to get some work at times, but not really enough to keep her that busy, and so after wandering around in an effort to find work, she volunteered to be the Syron's envoy to the surface of the planet to find out if it was inhabitable again or not.

Shadow Shift - The user melds into the shadow he/she is standing at, and disappears from it only to re-emerge across in another shadow within a certain distance of the first. For Lyria that distance is any shadow within a 30 metre radius of the first shadow. The skill can be used unlimited times per day, but can't be used within a minute of the previous use or within a minute of using Shadow Hiding.
Shadow Hiding - An extension on Shadow Shift, Lyria can use this to move to another shadow within the same radius, but then pausing the Shift just as she arrives, preventing her physical body from reforming out of the shadow for a while, allowing her to hide within the very shadows without being seen. This skill can be used a maximum of three times per day, and can last for a maximum of 30 minutes before her physical body reforms in the shadows. It also can't be used within a minute of emerging from a previous use, or within a minute of the use of Shadow Shift. The skill can also be paused right as she melds into the shadow at first, allowing her to hide in that shadow rather than another one within a radius, and still emerge from a different one once the time is up or she ends the technique.
Silent Kill
Fog Bank - Lyria calles upon the elemental power of the water to create a fog bank spanning a 20 metre radius from her position. This makes it harder to see everything within the radius, allowing easier getaways.
Enhanced Stealth, Senses and Agility, and some well trained knife skills.

Gender/Sexuality: Male/Heterosexual(only attracted to other Cheetah Tigrans)
Personality: Razcawl is quite the introvert. He isn't one much for talk and tends to keep to himself. He hates questions, and tends to answer any patronizingly and/or sarcastically. Razcawl is fairly intelligent, and while not a tactician or a strategist, he is the veteran of many battles and has a great deal of knowledge about warfare. Razcawl hates arrogance and often gets in fights with prideful people, especially those of the Divine classes and select Arcane classes. Razcawl doesn't like young people and has even less patience for them than he does for adults.
Appearance: Razcawl is getting on in years, and thus his fur is loosing color and becoming a greyish, silver color, although there is a pale yellow tint to it still. Razawl has seen many battles and has the scars to prove them. Across his arms and chest are a variety of scars. Like the cheetahs of the world, Razcawl has spots across his pelt, earning him his last name. Despite his age, Razcawl is still at the peak of fitness. He is lean and athletic. Razcawl doesn't usually wear much clothing, usually just a loin cloth. This is to prevent snagging on shrubbery in the juggle/forest-like terrain he used to live in. Razcawl has a variety of arm bands wrapped around his arms sporting various beads, feathers, and carvings. These decorations are either mementos from battles, hunts, or are culturally symbolic. In political meetings Razcawl wears a primal-like suit of leather armor. While traveling, Razcawl wears a mottled cloak.
Biography: Razcawl is a respected warrior in his pride, or tribe in the human diction. He is a member of the Elder Council, and while not the leader, he is often sought after for direction and advice. He is the instructor of woodsmanship and hunting for the Tigran cubs while not preparing for battle. When the flood began, he protected and guided his pride after their leader drowned protecting members of the pride. He is up for consideration for the next leader, but as of right now the Elder Council makes decisions for the pride. Being a respect veteran and hunter, Razcawl was selected to go on the voyage topside.

Arcane Tracking
Arcane Tracking is a spell known to most Rangers. The user must be holding an item or DNA sample of a target to cast this spell. An invisible trail of energy will appear, only able to be seen by the caster. This trail leads to the target.

Woodland Cover
This spell can only be cast in a woodland or jungle-like environment. The caster's skin and clothing change to match the environment, increasing the caster's stealth dramatically.

[spoiler=BLUR(Tydo)]Name: Tydo Arctic
Age: 63 (Approximately 21 HY)
Gender/Sexuality: Male/Heterosexual
Personality: Calm and calculating, Tydo has always been one to set emotions aside. A master of the mind, he does not allow his own to set him back. To someone who doesn't really know him, Tydo appears to be a cold individual. However, this is far from the truth. Everything Tydo does is for the betterment of his race. He is very loyal, and deep down he is caring too. In battle he is a swift killer, and for the the most part he is decisive, though he shows hints of being indecisive every now and then due to his intellectual and calculating qualities.
Appearance: Tydo has short, messy hair with spiky bangs. His hair color is a silvery-white. His eyes are a piercing ice-blue. He is about 4'0 in height (I don't know if this is too tall for a frostling). When not in his plate armor, Tydo wears a white hooded cloak. His normal clothing consists of a white sleeveless shirt under a long lightblue tunic that goes down past his waist to his shoes, a white sash around his waist, and long white pants that are tucked into his blue flats. His normal clothing is worn under both his plate armor and his hooded cloak.
Biography: Tydo's parents both died when he was just an infant (unknown causes). From when he was just a kid, Tydo was trained to battle. Taught by the most ruthless of killers the Frostlings had to offer, Tydo took no time in becoming one himself. Realizing that strength is nothing without strategy, Tydo quickly began teaching himself the ways of battle. Becoming a powerful battlemind very early in his life, he became one of the Frostlings most prized warriors. Once his psionic abilities awakened, the king of the Frostlings, Hyoga, took Tydo under his own guidance. Hyoga taught Tydo compassion, fearing that his upbringing may in fact lead Tydo to become evil. By showing him how ones death can affect others, Hyoga successfully brought out the good in Tydo, however due to Tydo's stubborness he would never admit to being a caring or compassionate individual. Seeing Hyoga as a sort of father figure, Tydo became extremely loyal to his race, and successfully accomplished any task given to him by Hyoga without any questions. This is why Hyoga recently asked Tydo to go to the surface world, where he wishes to claim land for Frostling resettlement.

Age: 30 (Human males)
Gender/Sexuality: Male/
Personality: Leo is optimistic, sarcastic, and quite immature. He acts like an 12 year old often, and he is pretty disrespectful when it happens. His parents always told him he acted like a cub, and he actually liked that label. In battle, he acts more serious. Even then, his childish side shows. He often "Plays" with enemy's like a cat and a mouse. Leo prefers to travel with others, since he hates the fear of being alone. He isn't like a typical proud lion, he would rather stay with others. He is willing to befriend almost any Tigran, but usually Tigrans of other races(Such as panther, or Cheetah) turn him down harshly. Leo thinks of Tigrans as one big family, and he attempts to treat them as such.

Appearance: Leo, despite being in his 30's is really young looking. His fur is vibrant, and lush. His main is soft, and vibrant. She has bright white teeth, and a nice build. Leo despite his youthful appearance, is still lean and athletic. He is slightly taller than most Tigrans of his age. Like most Tigrans, he mainly wears a loin cloth so he can wander through the land he used to call home without getting caught on trees/shrubs. When he travels, he wears leather armor.
Biography: Leo was pretty alone growing up, since he wanted to meet other Tigrans. this develoed his fear of being alone. He never had an actual friend, not even the other Tigrans liked him. Most thought of him as a snob since he was a lion. Leo never understood why the Tigrans were like that. They wee all the same family. Leo looked to fighting to blow off steam. During a huge war, Leo brought out his bow, and helped the fellow Tigrans win the battle. After that, he earned respect. During the flood, he got scared and ran. He was lost, and the world was flooding. He didn't know what to do, until he noticed in the distance, a group of Tigrans. they were Cheetahs. He tagged along, even though he felt the others did not care for him. He never did see his pride, but he still hopes they are put there, no matter how harsh they were to him.

Name: Völund Sönne
Age: 21
Gender/Sexuality: Male; Heterosexual
[spoiler=Personality:]
Völund is a more "can't take an insult, then shove off" character, usually giving off sarcastic comments and insults, being a smartass and know-it-all arrogant character. However, this side of his character is only meant to be skin deep, especially his insults, and doesn't want anyone to take his insults seriously. Inside, his is a prideful character, loyal to his allies, and condones violence to any degree on humanoid beings. Völund is no doubt a great person, but he is more so a violent one at that. But foremost, he doesn't hate anyone solely on a racial aspect, but on their character.[/spoiler]
[spoiler=Appearance:]
Völund stands easily at at 5'11" with a fairly toned body (albeit, his body is pale as snow from his race and also because of the lack of sunlight from being underground for so long). His hair is thick, wavy, and best of all, blonde, making him stand out and revealing where his lineage of humans came from prior to the Flood. His eyes are complimentary to the Aryan hair color, making them a crystal-ice like blue, shining almost like a diamond. His facial structure is fairly even and decently attractive, with a scar from his youth from the bottom of his right eye crossing down over his mouth and to his chin. His clothes are usually white, black, or grey, with his cloth armor being a dark, mystical blue with a violent trim.

[spoiler=Biography:]

After the Flooding of the overworld, where most races of the world lived on, Völund's specific ancestors lived in the coldest lands, despite his entire race living throughout the lands where it was livable. Throughout time, his lineage would etch the genetics of his body into him and future generations. It was after the flooding where his parents would meet in a nearby underground facility, granted the hospitality by the Dwarves. Several years later, after Völund's birth, it was discovered by his fellow kinsman that he was a Sorcerer. However, he had little time and patience to practice his arcane abilities, and had no aid in his learning process of his abilities. He attempted to go to a small guild of Wizards, but their teaching methods were impractical to Völund at the time. He left their teachings, and decided to live life as he normally would.

During his mid-teen years, he learned of the world above the ground, where skies and forests, mountains and oceans, both existed; he also learned of the flood that made the overworld no longer acceptable to live on, and the rest of the story. A small twitch in his mind began to move him, that perhaps he could go to the overworld, and live like his ancestors did once. He began to practice his arcane abilities and to perfect them to the best he could at the time, in hopes to go to the surface for the first time.

Name: Eros Zanston
Age: 44 (human years)
Gender/Sexuality: Male/Bisexual

Being the grandson of the Lordess of the Archon peoples has its perks, like getting away with crimes, although instead of being imprisoned or put to death, he is given mercy marks. Burn markings scorched into his back meant to warn and hopefully force him stop his criminal acts. But instead fuel his actions. Yet once there is a lack of space for the marks he is finally put to death. Because of his father’s values he grew up truly believing that his race is superior to any other because of his divine alignment(his father even started a cult to spread his beliefs), even though most Archons do not believe this themselves(most Archons believe in equality). Although he does highly respect the Elves and Drow because of their strict relationship with the pure essence of magic. Also because of his grandmother he holds loyalty highest of all traits to anything else, even higher than a life debt. Since he has the belief that his race is "better" than all others he tends to have a short fuse when anyone disrespects his race or if he knows when someone is mocking him and has always got something to say about how much better he is. Although most of the time he doesn't understand many jokes, and he is often mocked but yet doesn't realize it. Also he doesn't know when he is being rude so others generally have to alert him about it.[/spoiler]
[Spoiler= Appearance:]
Eros stands at approximately six foot three with dark blonde hair flowing almost six inches down past his shoulders. He has Deep green eyes with almost an emerald glow emanating from them and his ears stand out by being larger than his human counterparts by several centimeters and being slightly sharper with a rounded tip pointing towards the heavens (being admired or mocked by other races). Eros like many Archons has a very slim body and is very athletic, his skin is a light shade of peach and is very smooth and supple, yet even with his light skin he doesn't burn in the sun easy thanks to a drink his people drank on every occasion they could which also causes the emerald glow in his eyes. On his back he has many burn marks acquired as punishments for dishonoring his people, yet he always stands tall because he understands that he has deserved every mark and still believes that with every punishment his race is superior(the strict rules prove it). To cover up he wears a blood red robe with golden laced trims and a golden plated steel breastplate, under he has loosely fitted pants held up by a bright (almost gold like) rope. On a sash around his waist he tied a jade medallion passed down through his family from father to son at the dawn of becoming a man. On his side he carries a pouch of salt for no particular reason, but just in case he happens to need it one day. On his other side opposite his pouch of salt he has a steel hammer (similar to the ancient Nordic god Thors'). And on his chest he has a sheathed dagger. [/spoiler]
[Spoiler= Biography:]
When Eros was only an infant when the flood happened and his parents were swept away and presumably dead. Eros was orphaned like many Archon children. Around his neck was jade medallion that showed he was a son of an Archon divine mage. A son of the Lordess realized his potential to master the divine arts and decided to adopt him, although to this day he still doesn't know he is adopted. When he became of age he was given the medallion as a gift to prove his worth as a Divine mage. Only weeks after receiving his medallion, his step-mother talked him into committing crimes "for the betterment of the race" but was actually so he would be killed, because his father spent more time with him then his blood son and she didn't like it. Since he could never tell his father why he committed such crimes because his step mother told him to keep it a secret, the truth could never come to light. When Eros' back was just about full of mercy marks his father heard wind of other races going out of the keeps to scout the area to make homes on the surface again, he saw this as a way to get his son out of dying. He told him that he should prove that the Archons were superior by establishing a kingdom first, Eros took the task not knowing his father's true intentions.

Name: Iri Eyon

Age: 24

Gender/Sexuality: Female/Bisexual

Race: Nomad

Personality: Iri acts the opposite of what is expected of a lady to act like. She is brash, rude and very headstrong. When something gets in her way, her first thought is if she can break her way through it. Her time as a mercenary has made her rather selfish and self-serving, picking fights she knows she can win. In battle, she often charges into battle with little regard for those around her. While reckless, Iri always looks out for her own safety. Iri is also very proud of her physical strength and will take every opportunity to show it off. Rarely will Iri ever turn down a challenge of strength or stamina. While Iri may act very masculine, she is not completely out of touch with her feminine side and will use womanly charms to get her way when necessary.

Appearance: Iri stands at 6’ 3”, making her much taller than most human women. Her skin is very tanned and is complemented by her athletic physique. Her raven black hair is boycut and falls naturally into spikes. Her emerald green eyes are narrow and intense, able to intimidate the average man into paying his debts. Iri rarely, if ever, wears makeup of any kind. Most people will see Iri in her steel plate armor. Her armor, consisting of a cuirass, greaves, a full helm with visor, a brown tunic and gauntlets, is simply made, but rugged enough to withstand many hits. Her left gauntlet is much larger than the right, with a rounded steel buckler bolted to the forearm, allowing Iri to block arrows while wielding a two-handed weapon. Her bastard sword is also of simple design, with a long straight blade without a guard on the handle. The sword is heavy enough to cleave through chainmail, but is also light enough for Iri to wield with one hand when she is blocking. When she is not wearing her armor, Iri wears little to cover herself, with only wrappings to cover her bosom and a loose thigh-high skirt.

Biography: Born as the daughter of a military man, Iri lived a rugged life among the recruits her father trained. With her mother dying at an early age, Iri was completely raised by her father, becoming as loud and rough as the recruits. As soon as she was able to, Iri participated in all of her father’s drills, often outpacing and outperforming older male recruits. Despite her physical ability, her father constantly refused to teach Iri how to fight, expecting her to become someone’s housewife. Refusing to resign to this fate, Iri spied on her father’s combat drills and practiced it in the middle of the night with a stick. When her father caught her doing it, he locked her up in the barracks. It was during this time when Iri decided to go off on her own. After breaking out of the room, she raided the armory and ran off into the night. Iri then lived the free life of a mercenary, providing muscle when the pay was good enough and collecting bounties on wanted criminals. However, Iri still craved more excitement and danger. When she heard of the expedition to the surface that had no human volunteer, Iri decided that this could be the adventure she was looking for and signed herself up.

Name: Malphas Zymion

Age: (In human years) 20

Gender/Sexuality: Male/Heterosexual

Personality: A two-faced trickster even among goblins, Malphas gives off a general impression of being a haughty bastard and enjoys speaking cryptically so that while he may sound like he's saying one thing, it usually means another. However, he is congenial enough around people he finds tolerable (which more often than not happens to be people who can tolerate him in return) and can prove himself to be a good conversationalist and listener should anyone need it. Surprisingly, he's willing to crack jokes using himself and his own race as the butt of the joke. He hates conflicts within groups, seeing it as pointless and potentially damaging, and will act as a mediator if such conflicts arise, using force if need be. And despite being a worshiper of a deity (in his case, the goblin god Nilbegun), he can occasionally be found discussing flaws or unrealistic content within the faith and texts of the religion with nonbelievers.

 

Appearance: Malphas stands at about a head shorter than the average human adult, with skin a medium shade of green (dark enough so as not to look sickly, but much darker a shade than that). His face is more or less like a human's, but visibly more warped and grotesque, while his eyes are yellow. His attire consists of dark blue robes with a cowl and the holy symbol of Nilbegun embossed on the right shoulder, a ragged black cloth of a shirt underneath, and steel-toed boots that were spoils from a past raid. At his side will more often than not be his spirit companion, a bear cub he calls Arcturus. This bear cub is one of the offspring of a bear that the goblins had brought from the surface and used to carry heavy objects. Arcturus is generally non-aggressive as long as Malphas is around, but becomes quite savage should a combat situation arise.

 

Biography: From an early age, Malphas was a mere retainer to a Goblin war chief; a somewhat common occurrence for younger Goblins. However, said chief was rather superstitious and believed he would only have victory if he had a worshiper of each major Goblin deity within his ranks. Thus, Malphas was brought to the temples of Nilbegun and learned there about the faith. Sometime during this stint of religious education, Malphas encountered an Ardent who had had become the temple's guard. After striking up a conversation, the Ardent agreed to teach Malphas how to wield psionic energy to defend himself. Malphas found while being trained in self-defense that he rather enjoyed the exhilarating rush of combat, and upon returning to his liege, he joined in on the constant raids of the war chief's clan. Although he considered joining in the footsteps of his mentor, he ultimately decided on becoming a Shaman, as a common depiction of Nilbegun has him flanked by a number of fierce beasts. Soon, he became a strong warrior in his own right and was well trusted by his chief. Some while later, when word came that a number of the other races were sending delegates up to the surface, the goblin clans decided they too ought to have a part of the action, even if it was in farce. The chiefs each put forth their "craftiest, meanest, toughest" individuals in a free-for-all to determine who their delegate would be. Against all odds (or at least it seemed so), Malphas emerged the winner and was henceforth ordered to search out the surface, and hopefully find a method to gain great power for the Goblin race along the way.

Spirit Call
The Shaman calls upon the spirits of this world to fight on their side. This can call up to five
spirits, all of which must be animal spirits. They will fight one battle for or with the Shaman, then
disappear. This can be used once per day.
 
Spirit Companion
All Shamans have a Spirit Companion with them. You can either have the spirit of a Bear, the
spirit of a Snake, the spirit of an Elk, or the spirit of a Tiger. The companions are all younger
versions of those animals, so if you picked the spirit of a Bear, you would have a bear cub. You
can name the spirit whatever you like, and it will fight by your side. You also use your Spirit
Companion to channel some of your psionic energy.
 
Spirit Transformation
This causes you to transform into the full-grown form of whatever your Spirit Companion is.
You can change back and forth from animal to human form at will. While in your animal form,
you have increased strength, stamina, and agility, but you cannot use any psionic magic.
Darkvision

Enhanced stealth in an Underground Environment.
 
Explosive Craft
the ability to construct a bomb out of
anything and gunpowder.

In political meetings Razcawl wears a primal-like suit of leather armor. While traveling, Razcawl wears a mottled cloak.

He is a member of the Elder Council, and while not the leader, he is often sought after for direction and advice. He is the instructor of woodsmanship and hunting for the Tigran cubs while not preparing for battle. He is up for consideration for the next leader, but as of right now the Elder Council makes decisions for the pride. Being a respect veteran and hunter, Razcawl was selected to go on the voyage topside.

Drow technically arent [i]evil[/i] in the sense of the word, just misunderstood, which has made them vengeful. Xaria is young, and has no idea what the f*** the rest of the world has against her race.

I only put it in the 'evil' catagor to make it even. I would've put it in Neutral, but then it'd have been unbalanced.

I'd actually say that the Drow race in it of itself is the semi-neutral race among all the evil races =P
They've just been shunned by all the other races, especially Elves, over the centuries. So all the older Drow have become revenge-driven and vengeful.

Here's the Syron Assassin for now, I'll get to work on the Drow a bit later.

Name: Lyria Arashi
Age: 37 (about 18 in human years)
Gender/Sexuality: Female/Straight
Personality: Lyria is fairly friendly and enjoys joking and laughing along with friends, and is rather quick to anger and to forgive. She also tends to be a bit flighty, going from one thought to a totally different one without difficulty. When she's on a job though, her personality turns much more serious and focussed on what she's doing, and making sure not to stuff up. She also has a bit of a sadistic streak when this way, and enjoys torturing the victims, though she saves that for when she is certain of the kill. This almost dual personalities occured out of a necessity to protect her lighter personality from becoming tainted by what she's done over the years as an assassin. When she either picks up one of her daggers, or is working for a job of some sort, the darker personality surfaces and takes control until the job is over.
Appearance: Syrons typically have very dark skin, which allows them to blend into the shadows easier, and otherwise are fairly humanlike in appearance. Lyria is also fairly short, standing at only 161 centimetres, and usually wears her hooded black cloak with just some cloth armour underneath that she's dyed black as well. She wears a pair of black leather boots and has her steel dagger attached to a belt inside the cloak, and her silver dagger hidden in a sheath in the leggings of the cloth armour. She has long silver hair, tied back into a ponytail with a piece of metal string with spikes woven into it to prevent an enemy from taking advantage of it, and fairly dull green irises.

Over those 10 years she learnt the arts of the assassin, as well as how to make the most of her small magical talents. 7 years ago, she finished her apprenticeship and joining the ranks of the assassins guild, a guild that exists throughout all the races except the elves and exists to form a sort of grapevine for the assassins to make use of. As a full assassin and part of the assassin's guild, she managed to get some work at times, but not really enough to keep her that busy, and so after wandering around in an effort to find work, she volunteered to be the Syron's envoy to the surface of the planet to find out if it was inhabitable again or not.

Shadow Shift - The user melds into the shadow he/she is standing at, and disappears from it only to re-emerge across in another shadow within a certain distance of the first. For Lyria that distance is any shadow within a 30 metre radius of the first shadow. The skill can be used unlimited times per day, but can't be used within a minute of the previous use or within a minute of using Shadow Hiding.
Shadow Hiding - An extension on Shadow Shift, Lyria can use this to move to another shadow within the same radius, but then pausing the Shift just as she arrives, preventing her physical body from reforming out of the shadow for a while, allowing her to hide within the very shadows without being seen. This skill can be used a maximum of three times per day, and can last for a maximum of 30 minutes before her physical body reforms in the shadows. It also can't be used within a minute of emerging from a previous use, or within a minute of the use of Shadow Shift. The skill can also be paused right as she melds into the shadow at first, allowing her to hide in that shadow rather than another one within a radius, and still emerge from a different one once the time is up or she ends the technique.
Silent Kill
Fog Bank - Lyria calles upon the elemental power of the water to create a fog bank spanning a 20 metre radius from her position. This makes it harder to see everything within the radius, allowing easier getaways.
Enhanced Stealth, Senses and Agility, and some well trained knife skills.
Equiptment: Horse, Steel Dagger, Normal Clothes (long black cloak that works as her assassins garb as well), Provisions, Silver Assassin's Dagger, Cloth Armour worn underneath the cloak.
