Turtlegary
Pick Your Favorite Of The Given Sagas. My Personal Favorite Is The Namek Saga, Because For Me, The Writing And Pacing Of The Story In It Was The Best Of The Series. (By The Way, Garlic Jr. Is Not On The List Because It Was Not In The Original Manga.)
Fusion X. Denver
Cell saga for me. One of the most epic fights in the series, good fights for the main guys and some screentime for minor characters too and had a true sense of despair and suspense that culminated into a satisfying outcome. Though really, I love all 4 of the sagas.
Thar
Nostalgically, I say the Buu saga, cause I remember him being the only character to have actually destroyed a planet effortlessly and not in a flashback. Rewatching it, however, Frieza is my favorite antagonist. There's something about taking an entire saga to fight through one's henchmen, and then when they reach that guy, sh*t gets real. Sleepy
It's the Boo Saga for me. I enjoyed the small adventures of The Great Saiyaman and Videl trying to find him out, even if it was filler to some. If well the DBZ story is not too complex, one thing that shines in it is the personalities of the characters, and I absolutely loved Vegeta in there, how he feels proud of his kid, how he is show to actually care about his family despite having pride that makes him hide it. He would have rather died a second time than to fuse with Goku, until Goku told him that Bulma and Trunks were eaten. Not only that, but since a few seasons had passed, it was nice just to see how everyone else was doing. It's funny because I enjoyed that more than the fights, and I despised Gotenks Majin Boo as a villain though, is not exactly the best.
Kakashi Hatake
Dragon Ball GT was better than Dragon Ball Z and I don't see why you didn't put it in. … The Cell Saga.

Fusion X. Denver
Buu saga would've been my favorite, but I felt Gohan should've been more involved with the finale than he was. If you look at DBZ as a whole, it's kind of been about Gohan following his father's footsteps until he comes to surpass him, but then he gets shafted while Goku, Vegeta and other people fought Buu in the end. I'm fine with the final battle, but I think Gohan should've been part of it and maybe take Buu down together with his dad.

Though I had heard that Toriyama was going to leave Goku dead after the Cell Saga, and focus more on Gohan and his adventures, and try to go back to the roots of Dragon Ball, but the fans disliked it, and so he had to bring back Goku and make a universal threat appear all of a sudden, and that's when the Martial Arts Tournament started. Gohan and Gotenks had more power than Majin Boo the last time they fought him, but they stupidly allowed themselves to be absorved. I expected it from Gotenks since fusions are always awfully cocky and tend to underestimate others, but Gohan had no excuse.
