Alright, got them finished now, been tweaking them a lot, so should be both balanced and OCG perfect (I hope).

*Tribute this card; "True Gods" card cannot be returned to your Deck until your next End Phase.
*Tribute this card and "True Gods - Athena of Reason"; Special Summon 2 Level 4 or lower "True Gods" monsters from your hand, Graveyard and Deck except "True Gods - Athena of Reason". Return them to your Deck during your next End Phase. You can only use this effect once per turn.

Can I submit both, or is that strictly against the rules?  I'm fine with submitting just one, but I'm curious.

Yup. Spots are open till Jan. 31st. And you send entry fee by clicking my profile and look immediately all the way to the right. It will say "Donate Points" and "Find Content." Click on "Donate Points", give a reason for the donation (you can put anything, i don't care) and below it will say how many points you want to donate. Type in how ever much you want (at least 20) then send it over and your good.

During the End Phase of the turn this card was Summoned, you may remove from play 1 "Halloween" monster in your Graveyard from play to return 1 face- down card your opponent controls to it's respective owner's hand.

Ghostly Queen;

Once per turn, you can remove from play 1 "Halloween" monster in your Graveyard from play to return 1 face-up level 5 or lower monster on the field to it's respective owner's hand.

Halloween Queen coven;

Each time a "Halloween" monster in your Graveyard is removed from play, place 1 "Halloween" counter on this card. Once per turn, you can remove 2 "Halloween" counters from this card to return 1 of your removed from play "Halloween" cards to your Graveyard.

I'm in, sending points. The most broken? Idk, I haven't faced a meta deck in a while. Prophecies are pretty annoying I guess. Btw, does it have to be an archetype or can it be a set that works with each other. I'm asking since Newhat's entry is not an archetype, and I want to enter in this set I made.
