Synchronized
Working on building this IRL; trying to grab the rest of the stuff, don't have it all yet. Don't suggest 3 High Priestess because that's not even budget friendly in the slightest. [2] High Priestess of Prophecy [2] Tragoedia [1] Prophecy Destroyer [3] Spellbook Magician of Prophecy [2-3] Temperance of Prophecy (not sure, do I go 2 or 3) [2-3] Justice of Prophecy (not sure, do I go 2 or 3) [2] Strength of Prophecy [2] Effect Veiler [1] Sangan [3] Spellbook of Secrets [2] The Grand Spellbook Tower [1-2] Spellbook of Wisdom (not sure, do I go 1 or 2) [2] Mystical Space Typhoon [2] Spellbook of Power [2] Spellbook of Life [1] Spellbook of Fate [1] Heavy Storm [1] Monster Reborn [1] Spellbook Star Hall [2] Torrential Tribute [2] Solemn Warning [1] Solemn Judgment --- This is such a rough draft, I really don't have much of an idea what I'm doing. Keep in mind this is TCG only so don't suggest Reaper or that other new one; I'm aware they're useful but I can't actually play them now.
Dementuo
Don't run Destroyer without Reaper. Run Priestess @3. Run Wisdom at 2 or 3. Run Temperance and Justice at 1/2 or 2/1 respectively, NEVER run 3 of one of them. Replace Strengths with Breakers. Maybe run Tsukuyomi? I don't run Heavy Storm myself, actually. I can barely afford to get the 2 I'm getting. Breaker is the one I was forgetting about; so what, I need three of them, or 2? Tsukuyomi could be a decent option, I suppose. Dementuo
Oh, this is IRL, alright. I understand then, owning only two Priestesses myself at the moment. But run only two Breakers. Two is really a magic number in this deck, no pun intended.

Dementuo
Trag is amazing in this deck. Also try Wonder Wand? You'll like it, I'm sure. Oh, and that's what I was forgetting... Run one Spellbook of Eternity.
Alright; So at this point, I'm just waiting on the Spellbook Towers to come in (got 2 for $30), and then I need one more Temperance. I want to try Spellbook Library of the Heliosphere, it seems like a decent 1-off.
Turtlegary
Try "Alchemic Magician". Also You Should Experiment With The Other Prophecy Monsters You Didn't Include.
Synchronized
like what the only ones I could see worth trying worst strength And chariot and chariot seems bad
Turtlegary
Well, Chariot Provides A Solid ATK, Strength Provides ATK/Level Boosts For Spellcasters, And Stoic And Hermit Could Come In Handy, With Stoic's Searching Ability And Hermit's Level/ATK Increasing. Dementuo
Hermit and Chariot sucks, Strength is only moderately good. Alchemic Magician is only useful if you run Summoner Monk, which is bad anyways.
Synchronized
Yeah, Hermit's bad and Stoic is bad too. Though I might run 1 Chariot because if I'm reading it right, it can recycle Veilers.

Some builds run Stoic because if the Tower gets hit, then you'll always have a target.
