Grunt Issun
That just doesn't make much sense to me. Why would they make one opposing legendary obviously stronger? Unless they gave Yvetal a move advantage, like how Groudon could learn Solarbeam, it just seems silly.
Lonk
Geomancy. I want my Pokemon to learn Geomancy. That revealed english name speaks to my inner fascination with Magic-based combat.
ihop
They should have made Xerneas Fairy/Grass so that Yveltal's other STAB Type could have been super effective.
Shradow
The new professor reminds me of Swaine from Ni No Kuni.

Astro Dude
Plus, I called it, the professor's name is Sycamore, after the sycamore tree. Clemont must be a Steel-type trainer and Grant must be either the fighting gym or rock gym. Though it seems it's leaning to rock.
Northern Sage
Inkay and Malamar are confirmed english names. The move's name is Topsy Turvy.
Lonk
Inkay and Malamar are confirmed english names. The move's name is Topsy Turvy. That name is funny. I still like Geomancy, which is a great name change from the already awesome Geo Control.
~British Soul~
Some more of the "supposed" X/Y insider info: Pancham evolves into Pangoro Pangoro's type is Fighting/Dark. A Pokemon named Inkay evolves into Malimar. Malimar's type is Dark/Psychic. A professor named Sycamore gives you either Chespin, Fennekin, or Froakie. Draining Kiss is a Fairy-type attack that heals the user for the same amount of damage performed. It has a base power of 60. It looks like all this leaked info from mid-may turned out correct after the localisations. Plus, I called it, the professor's name is Sycamore, after the sycamore tree. I didn't know it was possible to "call" something that was supposedly leaked by an insider.

Lonk
Topsy Turvey looks like it can screw over many aspects of the Competitive Play. Here's to hoping that Inkay and Malamar have awesome stats.
~British Soul~
The move's name is Topsy Turvy. Hitmontop should totally learn that move!
Flame Dragon
Topsy Turvey looks like it can screw over many aspects of the Competitive Play. Here's to hoping that Inkay and Malamar have awesome stats. Depends on who gets it and how good they are. ATM I'd say Hitmontop and the Squid are the only 2 likely ones and I don't think Top would be a good user.

Northern Sage
Looking at Flabébé's sprite: Is it possible that they are trying to make them more up to scale relatively to what Pokémon is facing what?
~British Soul~
This is a sketch of a new pokemon: Oorotto. (only a sketch because photography was forbidden and it appeared in a movie trailer) (Sketch is only an approximation.)
-Berserker-
I feel James will end up using that pokemon.
Grunt Issun
Looking at Flabébé's sprite: You mean model. Anyway, the new Pokemon looks pretty cool, really surprised they didn't have a living tree Pokemon before, considering how common of an idea that is. Legend Zero
I wonder what pokemonshowdown will do...make the sprites themselves?

~British Soul~
*shot* *blows smoke off gun* Why am I not surprised that Cherrymon would end up being mentioned?
EmpoleMew
I wonder what pokemonshowdown will do...make the sprites themselves? Probably, considering people have been making sprites for the new Pokemon all this time. Also everyone seems to be getting reminded of the tree enemies from the Mother series and banking on this Pokemon learning Explosion.
Sixty
Hi my name is Sixty and I'm always late to the party. I'm still trying to play through Black 2. Anyway, all of the new designs are super sweet and I'm glad all the one's I'm really excited for are Xclusive (see what I did there?) since I'm getting X. Toffee.
Fixed my last post, since the image of that tree Pokemon changed.Anyway...You know what would be an amusing combination to see? Fairy/Steel. I mean, it's bad enough Dragon does 0 damage against Fairy, so being half Steel would just be throwing salt on the wounds. Plus, something that crazy having a 4x Fire weakness would be pretty funny.(I only say 4x Fire cuz' I've heard that Fairy might be weak to Fire, and Steel already is)
