TTR~
So the squids get contrary and turn over. Which are the same thing but one's an ability and one's a move.... Hm... I'm glad Clauncher's in X. Xerneas > Yveltal Clauncher > Skrelp Cotton Candy > Pink Bird Blue > Red (hehe logo colours) X > Y I disagree Y is obviously the better choice
Northern Sage
Huh, the legendaries are going by the classic creation/destruction myth. We haven't actually seen that before. Possible third Legendary revolving around upholding the order of the world? Also, I generally prefer Y's exclusives.
Blake
Screlp's the only worse exclusive in Y, in my opinion. The cloud-fairy-dog-thing is really unappealing to me.
Northern Sage
Flabébé's pokedex entry confirms that the flower isn't actually a part of the Pokemon, it really is that small. Considering this is the first time outside objects appear in the official artworks, I wonder what this suggests about the Pokemon, besides being really small, I mean. TTR~
I really like Skrelp, but I'm biased twoards Poison types Flabébé's pokedex entry confirms that the flower isn't actually a part of the Pokemon, it really is that small.Considering this is the first time outside objects appear in the official artworks, I wonder what this suggests about the Pokemon, besides being really small, I mean. What about Farfetch'd? ~British Soul~
I've got both games pre-ordered although I'm still undecided as to what game to play first, it'd largely depend on the exclusives (and I like Y's exclusives, specifically Yveltal), so atm I'm gonna play Y first. Goronda looks very interesting, and I might be using him, and I would be interested to see how Pancham evolves.
EmpoleMew
So according to Serebii, the teaser for next month's Corocoro says that it will contain the scoop of the century. There are no brakes.
LordCowCowCowCowCowCowCowCow
Hmm, I am liking the typings of these new Pokemon, quite a bit. Dissapointed that X gets Clauncher and Peroppafu. I was leaning towards Y, but I like those two a lot more. I like that the new baddies are in it for the money. I like more deep motivation, but it will be fun to go back to a "Hey, we're crooks, deal with it." mentality.
Astro Dude
Iron Fist isn't a move, it's an ability, and Yveltal is a step up from Honchkrow.
Toffee.
Guys, both the cotton candy Pokemon AND the perfume one are equally as cute. Also, I wouldn't doubt it if the former grew more heads. Iron Fist isn't a move, it's an abilityThat's what I meant. I made a typo, likely from excitement.
~British Soul~
Guys, both the cotton candy Pokemon- That reminds me of something I was gonna address in my last post, but forgot: I know it's not gonna happen but I wonder if the EU version of X/Y will have Peropuff down as the Candyfloss pokemon instead of Cotton Candy pokemon. (It's pretty much the same thing as EU calls Cotton Candy: Candyfloss)
-Berserker-
I wonder if the abilities of the legendaries will be applied all the time or will be only with low HP like starters. The gym leader seems to be climbing something. Maybe a Rock-type trainer?
Astro Dude
I'd say he uses fighting-types cause they're more athletic.
Grunt Issun
Oh, sure British, don't even bother to talk about Australia calling it the Fairy Floss Pokemon or anything, because they're not important. I also like the villains being having simple motives. I mean, after D/P/P failed to have a good plot, and B/W B2/W2 had too MUCH plot, it's nice to have characters who don't NEED a good plot. In my opinion, it's better to have simple motives than really stupid complex motives.

Or a cave diver, making a dark type gym. =]
Cin
The villians just seem simple, I mean they're not going to scale the heights as some of the other villians like RSE. To me BW2 had a weak plot compared to BW (maybe I'm too much of a N fan)
Nicο
I was going to get X anyway, but I am preferring X's exclusives more than Y's. The fluff ball only ever so slightly more so than the bird looking thing. I still actually like all of the new Pokemon so far, though. The villians just seem simple, I mean they're not going to scale the heights as some of the other villians like RSE. To me BW2 had a weak plot compared to BW (maybe I'm too much of a N fan) I'm not so much of an N fan, I mean he's definitely a good character, but I agree. BW2 didn't have all that great of a plot. I'm also going to agree with the simplicity of the villains. It's all well and good to have a good plot, but if that's not going to be that likely... I'd rather they not try so hard. Lonk
Yvetel is Dark/Flying... Makes sense to me. I didn't bother checking Yvetel's type, and I assumed that he was a fairy-type as well. However, I wonder if Fairy-types can beat Dark-types.
Grunt Issun
Probably not. Gardevoir used a Fairy Type move against Hydreigon in the trailer. If it was 4X SE, it probably would've one-shot it. You can argue that, since it was a trailer, anything can happen, but I don't see why they'd be deceptive like that.

The assumption is that Fairy Wind is weak and probably has a secondary effect.
~British Soul~
Here's a crazy theory I thought of for the villains: To make money, the villains would capture the legendaries and sell them off to the highest bidder. It's not gonna happen, but it'd be hilarious if it were true.
Grunt Issun
When was the Dark thing confirmed? I was not aware of that.
EmpoleMew
When was the Dark thing confirmed? I was not aware of that. It wasn't, but Fairy's type matchups were outlined in the first Pokebeach leak, which has over the months been proven correct, and even things from the second leak, which were originally believed to be false due to the MageLeif fiasco are starting to come true. So it's probably true.
