ihop
Grass, on the other hand, has a plant-life persona. So it's hard for them to go about things differently without a second type. I would go more in-depth, but it's just the general idea. It doesn't take too much imagination to give a Grass-Type Ground-Type moves.
The Warden
After watching the 3rd video, it makes me wonder if Sylveon will be the first Eeveelution that requires trade.
~British Soul~
After watching the 3rd video, it makes me wonder if Sylveon will be the first Eeveelution that requires trade. That'd be really interesting. Now that I think about it, the new sword pokemon. It's basically a sword with a personality... gee, now where have I seen that before? ... Living swords from many different JRPG games including this guy.
Shradow
"Where have I seen that before?" Dude, it's a Living Sword, they've been enemies in pretty much any JRPG ever. The fact one is finally a Pokemon is freaking awesome.

Kazooie
Yeah, it'd be cool if it had Levitate, in fact I think it'd be logical if it had Levitate given its inner ghost would make the sword levitate in the air, lol. I kinda think Its typing is kinda predictable and unoriginal imo. It's a POSSESSED SWORD, why would it be anything but Ghost / Steel? And how is it unoriginal? We don't have any Ghost / Steel types and it's extremely fitting to the design. I agree, it is a weird-looking pokemon. How is it weird looking? It's a possessed sword, it looks cool as hell, the design is good. ._. I swear, Pokemon fans are hard as hell to please and it's insane. "Where have I seen that before?" Cin
Did Nintendo/Gamefreak/etc go through a haunted castle for that idea? You know the type that has swords. I'm sure there's a proper explanation...

Kazooie
I see that you have never been taught about the word opinion. There can be a wrong opinion. The problems they have don't make sense. This isn't unoriginal, especially for Pokemon, and when you step back and look at it, it certainly doesn't look bad.

We don't have any Ghost / Steel types and it's extremely fitting to the design. I'm only saying it's predictable because you can look at it and guess its type without much thought whatsoever. How is it weird looking? It's a possessed sword, it looks cool as hell, the design is good. ._. Because it's like the last thing I expected a pokemon to look like, then again there's quite a few design surprises in this gen "Where have I seen that before?" Dude, it's a Living Sword, they've been enemies in pretty much any JRPG ever. The fact one is finally a Pokemon is freaking awesome. Look, the sword from Sonic and the Black Knight was the first that came to mind. I forgot about the existence of other living swords when I posted that, jeez. ~British Soul~
I absolutely love the concept behind this Pokemon. Yeah, it is an interesting concept definately. As mentioned before it'd be even more interesting if it had Levitate and had a decent movepool.

I already said I forgot about other living swords existing and I'm sorry about forgetting something so common. It's funny; I could totally see it learning Double Slap. That made me chuckle a bit, not gonna lie.
Toffee.
That made me chuckle a bit, not gonna lie.It uses it's decorative cloth like a hand to unsheathe itself. So it seemed obvious.

That's why it made me chuckle, the fact that something so decorative could end up so deadly.
Shradow
Whatever it's English name turns out to be, I'll definitely get one, and nickname it either Shusui or Kitetsu. Though right now I'm leaning towards Kitetsu.

Flame Dragon
While the design of the sword itself is a bit dull (get it) I really like how he looks in the sheath. Still, I can see the sword itself growing on me.

LordCowCowCowCowCowCowCowCow
I'm only saying it's predictable because you can look at it and guess its type without much thought whatsoever. Because it's like the last thing I expected a pokemon to look like, then again there's quite a few design surprises in this gen 1.) Well, of course it's predictable, would you want a Pokemon that's type doesn't match it's design? I don't quite get what you're saying here.... 2.) I don't get this either. With all the different Pokemon there are, it's not really possible to say what a Pokemon should be expected to look like. If you mention predictability with the type, then talk about how the design is a surprise.... I'm unsure what you're saying. Not trying to insult, I am just confused.
