Tentacruel
Of course! Well, Gen IV I didn't get around to for a while as at the time I had no source of income. Gen V I imported from Japan. By ruined I just meant that I looked at spoilers on Serebii.
Flame Dragon
I mean, "In this generation, of Pokemon. We are, trying, to make, lot's, and lot's of, money." ^ Read that in Iwata's voice btw. Just vague goals and buzzwords, rather than specific things in a game. I don't think they need to try to make that happen. The main games in the pokemon franchise basically print money for Nintendo. Also, really hoping that if a new type IS introduced, it isn't something utterly ridiculous like that Light or Sound-Type idea. Fairy is okay, hardly optimal, but at least the logic behind it makes sense.

Fairy is okay, hardly optimal, but at least the logic behind it makes sense. Exactly. All of Nintendo's big franchises do that. Not to mention the DS and Wii. When they have something that works it REALLY works for them. Personally I'm not hoping for one, but I won't lie and act like the game wouldn't gain from having a new type help fix some issues some types have. From what I've seen, Fairy does sound really cool. Cin
Unlike the Wii U. I did say that's automatically filter questions. Why reveal what the fans really want when they can reveal it all in their own time. Like Sony and XBox they're console, but it's the same give a hint, but never anywhere near the bit people really want.
Northern Sage
"ONE OF THE GYM LEADERS WEARS SANDILES!" THAT would certainly be interesting.
Cin
Poor Sandiles. I suspect they won't make it XY though.
Blake
The only reason the WiiU is doing badly is because the 3rd Parties dropped the ball. Once Nintendo gets its shit together it still has the potential to sell the best. The system itself is fine, and not overly gimmicky, and it's actually very user friendly in my experience. Shradow
Nintendo just needs to get the awesome 1st party games out and it will be fine. For now, they can just keep sitting back while the other companies flop. *coughXboxOnecough*

Master of Sabers
Didn't Ninty cancel their E3 appearance? They're just showing up for a very short presentation. They've promised info on SSB4 at the very least.
Blake
They did. And then they cancelled their big presentation at E3, thus negating that promise.
Shradow
They're having a series of presentations and Nintendo Directs, of course they're gonna give us info they promsied.
Flame Dragon
They did. And then they cancelled their big presentation at E3, thus negating that promise. Seeing as how I'm going to be able to play SSB4 in a week I don't think they have. They will still have tons of games on the show floor during E3 and will be doing a buch of Nintendo Directs. Not to mention having the demos be available outside of E3. For example Nintendo World in NYC will have them.
Blake
I'm saying we aren't guaranteed anything from E3. They already said we'd hear from Direct and such, I never challenged that.
Flame Dragon
I'm saying we aren't guaranteed anything from E3. They already said we'd hear from Direct and such, I never challenged that. But we are. They've promised us a Nintendo Direct and that is still something, even if its smaller than we would like. Plus we know the demos from E3 will be available all over. Again, Nintendo World in NYC is going to have a live showing of the conference and the demos will become available a bit later in the day. And while only a few people can go and play there, demos will be in tons of Best Buys. I just don't get what you think Nintendo is going to be doing during E3. Blake
Are you not reading my posts or what? I know they're going to be using Nintendo Direct. I just said that. I'm saying that we cannot 100% expect anything from E3, in and of itself.

I'm saying that we cannot 100% expect anything from E3, in and of itself. They've gone on record saying what some of the things they will be showing off. Why can't we expect that? And I HIGHLY doubt they will just be retreading past news for stuff like Pokemon.
Cin
We will still get something from E3, maybe not as much but CoroCoro is out the 15th and the Smash the 16th I would have thought they may want to beat CoroCoro for once.
EmpoleMew
Considering the whole worldwide release thing, all three of them will probably have the exact same information. Unless Smash isn't done covering the four Pokemon we saw from last Corocoro, in which case we'll see absolutely nothing new at all.
Cin
Official Site has confirmed information will be released June 12 (Japanese Time) to coincide with the Roundtable at E3. Also is said have alot of information. (Source: Serebii) Mouthwatering.

Cin
I'm hoping eventually (sooner rather than later) we get a release date. Wanna pre-order, but hoping it comes out earlier enough in Oct for me to have for my birthday/holiday. I would like to hear of more Pokemon, maybe a hint at the gyms.
