What I want:

 

More than 8 gyms. You would only need 8 gym badges, but there could be more gyms. Gym leader levels vary depending on the amount of badges you have. This would add some replayability to the game, allowing you to start over and get different.

 

More evolutions. Duh. For the likes of Dunsparce and Farfetch'd. Imagine if Gamefreak decided to have a laugh and give an evoltiuon to Blissey XD

 

Better plot. 'nuff said.

 

Co-op. The sort of thing in Dragon Quest 9.

Yes, there's a number of potential issues with it, but it's apparently from a reliable source. That doesn't mean BOW DOWN IT IS TRUE, just that it has a reliable source.

Of course it's "apparently from a reliable source", because it's some guy looking for his 15 minutes of fame on the internet and wants to look like he actually knows something. The same thing happens with literally every upcoming Pokemon game and absolutely none of it ever ends up true. I frequently browse /vp/ and personally followed these "leaks" as they were being posted.

 

Anyone can go on an imageboard and pretend to have inside knowledge about something. "Hey guys, I work for Nintendo/Game Freak" doesn't automatically legitimize anything he says, it's the same as the "my dad works for Nintendo and he said Mew is under the truck" shit people spouted on playgrounds in the 90s. This is all just one person's elaborate speculation being passed of as "leaks" because the board has been slow as all fuck since the release of BW2 in Japan.

 

There's nothing wrong with speculation or thinking someone's ideas would be cool if they were real, but just accepting that something some guy posted on, of all places, 4chan, as fact because it's from a "reliable source" is stupid.

I hoping that Nintendo don't go ott with the 3D in these games, the only games I have on the 3Ds (Pokedex 3D, New Style Boutique) I have to turn the 3D off because the strain even at lower levels is too much....that's probably why I hate 3D in the first place, first time I ever tried something with 3D (granted this about 10 years ago), I had a pounding headache quickly.

Already done. BW done that much better than it did before then, and I don't imagine they want to go back to making it worse.

EDIT: Unless you count BW2 as worse. Just not BW. But I guess you might be wanting an even better one. I dunno, sure.

Black and White did have a better plot. I haven't completed White 2 yet, so I'm not sure about that one. I just hope they keep it up. Or better.

690. Pyrophos (Rock/Fire) Fire/Rock. Interesting.
One of the fossil Pokémon. Has reddish-brown and black feathers, and a red comb on its head making it resemble a rooster.

691. Frapptor (Rock/Ice) Fire/Ice? Very interesting.
One of the fossil Pokémon. Bipedal and raptor like, with white feathers covering its body. Has a feathery “mask” making it resemble an owl.

He said supposedly Sylveon's a Female Flying type, there's a pre-evo for Tauros, an evolution for Torkoal, and an alternate evolution for Wynaut[/spoiler]

Yamemasu [ヤメマス], which is an alternate-evolution to Wynaut and a counterpart to Wobbuffet. Psychic. Species is the Kibaya Pokemon, "quick-tempered". Looks a lot like Wobbuffet, with a red zig-zag around its neck as its head is red, and it's got meaner looking (><) eyes as they're narrowing downward. Even the eyes on its tail look mad. Its arms are layered like a paper fan, and its swatting them. It's slightly skinnier, with its legs a bit raised and less flabby. 28.5 kg. 1.3 m. Its in-game picture has it swatting its arms at a Wobbuffet in battle in some kind of attack, and the magazine points out how it's able to attack on its own unlike Wobbuffet.[/spoiler]

They should have the pre-evo for Tauros also evolve into Miltank.

I really don't want it. After the travesty that was Black and White and Black and White 2 I want nothing more to do with those games until they get their act together. This series needs serious reform. That and the perspective doesn't look right to me. Feels, nontraditional.

I didn't like the pokemon, I didn't like the plot, I didn't like anything about it.

There's NO way you can argue Emerald had a better plot, given Gen 3 has the weakest plot after Gen 2. Even Gen 1 had a better plot with a mafia trying to take over the world/country/whatever.

 

The Pokemon in Gen 3 are ALSO a giant shift from tradition. Due to both increased technological capabilities (THEY HAVE TOO MANY LIIIIINES, THEY LOOK LIKE DIGIMON) and a new aim: Making an "ecosystem" with the Pokemon. It was far from traditional and the designs were totally different.

 

I don't see how Gen 3 is some epitome of game  that BW/BW2 failed to live up to, when they experimented in deepening the plot/leaving Japan.

Emerald had the best plot in my opinion, the idea of Gang warfare between Team Agua and Magma was glorious and the scenery and Pokemon were my favorite. I personally was mixed about D&P, Can't stand B&W, kinda liked B&W 2, and extremely dislike X&Y. I will not buy the game HOWEVER, I have no reason to tell other people not too. This was a topic to discuss the game and I did. Just not in the supporting way like everyone else.
