Pokemon X and Pokemon Y

This will be the game where a Pokemon region gets a sky city like we've always wanted and the Eevee has to level up near this divine feather that's the town's major landmark or something.

I laughed for some reason, but I think that thing about the Prisim Scale makes some sense, it resembles it a bit and I don't think it would be so bad.

They could do a better Dragon type, something cooler looking like the Dragon one in this picture.

Cool to me at least.

Now the true Eevee evolution in this picture is most definitely AMAZING.

There is so much potential for the Eeveelutions, so if they make this new one anything other than Flying or Normal, it is a sad day.

I freaking LOVE the Steel one. Or really most of them.

Same, the Fighting, Bug and Poison ones are probably my favorite design-wise.

I like the... ground one, I would assume, the most as it looks like Brock :D

OP: I wonder if they're going to realease an other evolution of Eevee.

Well, for every even-numbered generation, they've added 2 new Eeveelutions.

Gen 2: Espeon and Umbreon

Gen 4: Glaceon and Leafeon

We should get at least one more along with Sylveon.

Would the metagame be affected a lot if a special ability was introduced that allowed a pokemon to equip two items at once?

Very much so. Off the top of my head having a pokemon with Leftovers and Life Orb, or Double Choice items already seems stupid. It also makes moves like trick and fling a lot more complicated than they ever should be

Maybe this'll be the only Eeveelution we'll get this gen.

That'd be pretty disappointing.

Though the main thing I wanted was a Flying Eeveelution, so if Sylveon fills that need, then anything else is icing on the cake.

I think I'd want a Fighting Eevee next.

Pokemon meta's already complex enough, I feel like adding double equip would be like throwing Pandora's Box into a mailroom.

I dunno, I like Normal-types. They tend to have nice moveset diversity, among other things.

Normal types can turn out very strong, such as snorlax, but I suspect if this is normal, it would be another gimmick pokemon such as the likes of keckleon, and cast form.  Which in turn would cause this eevelution to fade into the dust.
