Phantom Roxas
I like to think of it as I honestly have no idea. I mean, Shelgon is okay, imo. Not that. But it could still grow on me, and I sure hope it's final will be cool. Anyone got a non-tumblr image so I can see what that is? School blocks it.Okay, that image of Chespin as a warrior is adorable, and would almost be enough to make me change from Fennekin.
Cin
Lucario I used only for help on BW2's first gym since you only Riolu access not Timburr, Sawk and Throh like in BW. Probopass' type always stumped me probably because I thought it was pure Rock as well. Now it's obvious why it didn't get the Super Effective hits I expected. (I'm remembering back to using Grass on Gyarados it displaying Super effective text because of the type order in RBG (maybe Y too)). If Nosepass and Magneton are in game, what the cave they evolve will be in. I did like what they did with Eevee's Icy Rock moving it to somewhere to search for. I don't think I ever looked for the Mossy Rock.
~British Soul~
Same here- wait, Probopass is Steel? I thought it was pure Rock. It was Rock/Steel. Nosepass needed to level up in a magnetic field to evolve.
Nicο
Yeah, Chespin in that image is adorable, but then again, so is Fenniken. I haven't really cared about which form was more true to Mewtwo, since I've liked the Y one a lot, possibly more than the original... I only care about if I like the design, which is far more than X since it just doesn't sit well with me. Then again, that's probably in part to it's typing, but idk. It's not that I expected you to or anything, but learning the language first has its benefits. ;3Yeah, I guess I just want to feel like putting in the time, since my school doesn't teach it or anything, and I usually don't... just too lazy. LordCowCowCowCowCowCowCowCow
Alright,my thoughts on the starter evoulutions. Froakie looks amazing, still going to use that one for sure. Fennekin, hmm... Looks a lot like Lucario. A LOT. Now, if it's Fire/Psychic the similarity will be pretty cool. Chespin. At first I hated it, then realized it looks like the kind of middle stage before a much cooler evolution. So, I will wait before deciding what I think. DeathSDelano
chespin's evo has a derp face, Froakie's evo looks like a badass, and fennekin's I honestly like the least out of the 3 evo starters. Can't wait to see the final evos of the starters, and the evos of the fossil pokemon.
Shradow
Yeah, Fennekin's looks the weirdest to me out of them all. Even Froakie, who I plan on choosing, looks a bit off to me. Maybe it's just the position but he looks a tad too gangly.
Βyakuya
Chespin's mid evo looks derpy and it doesn't even look like it is meant to be a starter pokemon. It has a pod form which makes me believe it'll evolve into a more larger, complex form like Shelgon. Fennekin's bipedal form looks a bit strange with the lower torso; I don't see much Psychic resemblance. Froakie's is just badass. I knew in the beginning that he's be my starter for sure. fabfabulous
froakie's evo is seducing me with that pose, so now I might pick him. still planning going with chespin's evo since he learns fucking wood hammer and wood hammer is a badass move. as for fennekin's evo, I'm all like
Flame Dragon
It hit me I never said what I thought of Mew24. Personally, I like the design of 25 more, but think that 24 makes for a better Mega form. Lucario, Empoleon, Scizzor, Steelix, Skarmory, and Metagross are crying. Oh, dang. Metagross is Psychic/Steel..... That's going to suck..... I'd argue only Metagross and Jirachi got REALLY hurt from the change. All the other steel types should still be able to take some Dark/Ghost attacks. It's like how Psychics were nerfed after Gen I. Metagross now has a whopping 4 weaknesses, but I'm thinking he'll probably stay OU due to his stats. I've been told Meta was on the edge of OU in 5th gen so I don't see him making it back come 6th. That thought is a little scary tbqh. Well, this does bring up a good point. Chespin's middle evo doesn't look very good but then this was a thing so maybe Chespin's final will be cool. Can't wait to see what they do with Fennekin. also I'm not sure who else remembers this but I remember a rumor that said Grass was going to become a Knight and Water was going to become a Ninja. From their current 2nd form designs I can see that. Can't remember Fire, but Witch seems like it would fit.
Maeriberii Haan
Gross will definitely drop to UU. He almost lost all of its niches this generation, and with the upcoming powercreep and steel-type nerf, the only thing that can save it is explosion rebuff. Also, chespin's evo looks cute. The Warden
Neos, IF Froakie ends up Water/Dark and Chespin ends up Grass/Fighting, then that means each starter completely dominates the inferior type whilst being able to do absolutely NOTHING against the superior one. Fennekin's psychic wouldn't even affect Froakie's dark. If anything, Chespin will probably end up as the Dark due to the inherent rage he builds up during his time as a second stage because everyone kept calling him Fatty Fat Fat Fat. DeathSDelano
I just looked at the new fossil's weakness/resistances little t-rex Chigorasu Rock/dragon: weakness: 2x ice [rock is not weak to ice. its ground that is weak to ice] 2x fighting 2x ground 2x steel 2x dragon resistant: .25x fire .5x normal .5x eletric .5x flying .5x poison the long neck Amarusu rock/ice: weakenss: 4x fighting 4x steel 2x rock 2x water 2x grass 2x ground resistant: .5x normal .5x ice .5x poison .5x flying

DeathSDelano
was pulling out from the old type chart as we already knew about the whole fairy vs dragon thing.
Eury
So I realized both the fossils are weak to Meteor Mash and the T-Rex is also weak to Draco Meteor. That's dirty gamefreak >:

Shradow
Unless something else comes up, he might be my Fire-Type for Gen VI. And while Pyroar is an awesome name, I'm thinking Mufasa would be a good nickname.
CNo.101 S.H. Death Knight
Just this. (Still picking Chespin, BTW.) I'll definitely use THAT Evo of Chespin's because it's much cuter than the one on magazine <
