well the  Amarusu's hich has a new ability Freeze Skin which turns Normal type moves into Ice-type moves and raises their power.

Well so turn Return into an Ice-type attack with a power boost anyone? Though of course the stats of its final stage will be the determining factor of whether or not its going to be usable in competitive[for those that care] or just a cool pokemon to have on for ingame.

Anyway, do anyone think that the old pokemons in the fairy type chart will have some significance? Like getting a mega forme perhaps?

Druddigon, Swalot, Machamp maybe, but the rest are not fully evolved or already a Mega. Imo, I don't think which pokemon there play much significance other than showing that they are of the type that they are.

Is that how it's gonna be? Personally, I think fire and water here looks epically cool, but I'm not feeling the other one.

I may now entirely get my version based on which one the MegaMewtwo with it's tail on it's head is in.

Same here. I want my Kid Buu Mewtwo.

I read somewhere that Mega Mewtwo X is the Fighting one, so looks like I might be getting Y if that's true. I can deal with not getting Xerneas if it means getting Mega Mewtwo Y.

Reading the chart, Steel has indeed lost resistance to Dark and Ghost.

It'd be funny if this was wrong. Although if the guys at Game Freak are gonna change types around, then they should've given Rock a resistance to Electric while they were there. It's somewhat fitting and Rock can use the extra resistance.

Fairy resisting Fighting though has given me a bit more hope in MegaMawile actually being good. Although it still needs a heavy boost in Defence if it's gonna actually take any hits at all. +50 and up would be nice, but in all honesty, I think it might get away with only having as low as +30, since it does have Intimidate.

...

As for Garchomp having a MEvo, I can't really comment on it. We all know it's not necessary, but I'm actually looking forward to seeing what Game Freak can do with it.

EDIT: Oh hey, Serebii's actually updating. They haven't done the page about the Fairy-type yet, but they probably will at some point.

I can't see anyone getting Chespin with its evo, then again these are only the first stage of evolution.

Fenniken's is what I expected, in a good way. Froakie's is cool looking, and has me interested, and curious to see the final evolution. Chespin's is just lame. Didn't expect two Mewtwo forms.

I like MegaMewtwo X's design a lot better than Y's, not gonna lie.

Chespin's mid-evo kinda sucks...but I'm hoping for a major turnaround for his final form. Froakie and Fennekin's look good enough.

I guess I'd be okay with them all staying pure types, but then they'd miss out on STAB.

The Fossil Pokémon types intrigue me and MegaGarchomp looks hella cool.

I'm also happy we can change our appearances at the salon.

I wouldn't be celebrating. With the Rock/Dragon typing, he has 6 different weaknesses: Steel, Ground, Fighting, Dragon, Ice & Fairy.

Regardless, it's a cool typing. And I imagine he can be fantastic if he's pretty fast.

Oh my God, guys. Steel got NERFED. NERFED LIKE H*LL.

all of a sudden, Skarmory's like
