Dragon is still forever alone in not having an energy card.

Dragon, for the most part, in it's own league; It's a Type that's only really reserved for it, and it alone.
It's why all Dragon-Type cards in PTCG are also weak to Dragon, because it's for the accuracy of it.
Although, they will end up likely changing a lot of their Dragon-Type cards to being weak to Fairy, as soon as Fairy becomes a thing.

The new dragon-type cards will have Fairy as their weakness yeah.

I was just saying that All the Dragon-types thus far used different energies rather than Dragon energies which don't or most likely won't exist.

That's because PTCG uses the Color Coded for your Convenience trope.
That's why Garcomp cards are Water/Fighting, Dragonite is Electric/Grass, Shiny Gyarados is Fire, etc, etc....

Pokemon being in or well, being a fighting game not like Smash Bros., doesn't really make me interested, because I was never able to be interested in those kinds of things, honestly. I could go for a Battle Revolution kinda thing, but it seems like I'm gonna have to be limiting my game buying to ones I really want, and that wouldn't be one of them.

So at the closing ceremonies for the Pokemon Game Show, it was confirmed that Fairy is not immune to Dragon as was mentioned in the Pokebeach leaks, as Sylveon took damage from Dragon Pulse.

And suddenly, thousands of fan-arts are now rendered useless.
Though, Fairy at least resists Dragon, right?

It wasn't really clarified by the person who reported it, but he mentioned that Dragon Pulse and Boomblast were both only capable of damaging Sylveon by 1/3 of its max HP, suggesting it has a high HP stat. Unless we get footage of the closing ceremony, the only thing that's concrete is that Fairy is not immune to or weak to Dragon.

I always get both as there's no one nearby I can trade with. Or having to spend time organizing trades.

I do the same as well.

Also, the Pokémon Company has recently filed for two trademarks in the United States. These trademarks are for the titles Pokkén Fighters and Pokkén Tournament. It is currently unknown to what these trademarks pertain, but they could be anything from a line of merchandise to a new game, possibly the one shown at the Pokémon Game Show.

...if my vision came true, my life would be made.

Wonder why it's Pokkén?

Maybe like Tekken, but...Pokkén.

Also cannot unsee Yveltal fusion, damn.

After third gen, I never bought multiple games. I didn't really care in fourth gen for a while, and once I really got into the Internet, it became pretty easy to just trade with friends over wifi.

Also, for the record,  I'm fairly certain "Ken" means fist in Japanese. So, in other words, Pokefist. So probably a fighting game.
