I Hate Snatch Steal
Just in case you didn't watch yu-gi-oh gx in Japanese, cyber style = Ryo's [Zane's] deck type. I tried to not make the first 2 OTK tools but maybe more work is needed. This card is always also treated as Machine-Type. You can discard any number of Machine-Type monsters to the graveyard (min 1) and tribute this card; special summon 1 "Cyber Barrier Dragon", "Cyber Laser Dragon", or 1 fusion monster that lists "Cyber Dragon" as a fusion material monster from your hand, deck, or extra deck whose level is less then or equal to the total level of the discarded monsters in the graveyard +2, ignoring the summoning conditions. Halve any damage that summoned monster inflicts this turn. You can discard 1 spell or trap card to target 1 "Cyber Barrier Dragon", "Cyber Laser Dragon", or 1 fusion monster that lists "Cyber Dragon" as a fusion material monster in your graveyard; special summon that target, ignoring the summoning conditions. Halve any damage that summoned monster inflicts this turn. When you summon this way: equip this card to that summoned monster (if both cards are still on the field). That equipped monster gains 600 ATK when it battles, during the damage step only. If it would be destroyed by an effect: you can destroy this card instead. new(er) cards: If this card is summoned: you can change it to defense position. Once per turn during your opponent's Battle Step, while an attack is occurring: you can negate that attack. This card's name becomes "Cyber Barrier Dragon" while it is in the hand, deck, or Graveyard. Once per turn, you can target 1 face-up card; destroy it. This card's name becomes "Cyber Laser Dragon" while it is in the hand, deck, or Graveyard.
Fuskin
those cards are too strong... really, simply by discarding i can get a free super strong monster, that's ridiculous. they almost have the same effect, equally bad. there's almost no restriction for those cards. Second: those pics are aweful, the first one; bad quality the second one, it's an animation figure. Ratings for your cards Effects:0/10 Pics:1/10 Try finding better pics, there's a section here in YCM for this. Try balancing your cards, or else they get too stupdly strong. Judαs
You said you tried not to make these OTK tools, but that's exactly where the first card is heading: Although it seems you would have to usually go -3 to Special Summon something worthwhile, you can easily bypass the hefty cost with Generic like Tragoedia (!! gives you every monster), Gorz/Machina Fortress (gives you Cyber Laser, which you can then use to nuke the field/Cyber Twin), and then again these are conveniently always Machine-type, hurray Gear Gigant X, Machina Fortress and LIGHT too. The second seems perfectly balanced to me, but the first one is just broken: draw the right cards, SS something awesome, and it can't be destroyed by card effects because this card was equipped to it. Suggestion to balance: If you remove the clause that says "always treated as Machine-type", "+2" and make the discarding exclusive to Machine-type, I could see the first one becoming slightly more decent, still slightly OTK oriented, but more situational, and also removing the destroyed by card effects clause would be nice. The second one is fine.
I Hate Snatch Steal
Reviving this thread because I was thinking of using these cards in a deck again and wanted some feedback on the new version of the first one. Judas's review was based on the old version and I took some of his suggestions concidentally.
