IDK, I was kind of just experimenting with different stuff, and got a pretty neat decay effect on the ice. (or, what I presume is ice. All of the image comes from gradients, smudges, and other effects tho)

Just postin it here because~

I can't quite think of the terminology at the moment, but it appears overall overcontrasted maybe? Like whenever you use some of the filters like Displacement, you get that contrasted grungy texture which ultimately looks a bit lq and flat in my opinion, unless used in conjunction with something else. But concept wise, ice is the perfect description, keep experimenting and honing your techniques.

Learn the basics -> Then experiment, the way you are going about this is all wrong.

If we're considering the black as negative space and the blue as positive space, then there's an unnecessary amount of negative space.
[/quote]Ï agree ^.^

Like I said, if I was making this into a tag bg I'd need to take out a lotta black space
