Darth Revan of the Sith

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HU4mXJRHIcQ

5/5 Juan Antonio Bayona is a genius director and Naomi Watts and Ewan McGregor are great actors. What an emotional experience. A truly stupendous film perpetuated by good casting including newcomer Tom Holland. The directing was a masterpiece, the soundtrack amazing, the cinematography excellent. I have never seen a more well put emotional movie since Hugo back in '11. One of the things that make this movie great is it's patience. It waits for a very long time before coming to the emotional conclusion, it waits for the apple to ripe before we as an audience can take a bite out of it. It was great, just great. I never thought I would see Ewan McGregor in a more outstanding role. What a genius actor. The big surprise however was J. A. Bayona. I mean, this is the guy who directed the crittically acclaimed horror movie The Orphanage, I didn't think him to be the emotional tale type. This movie was just f*cking good. A true story about family, love, and perseverance outshined only by a great cast and a brilliant director who show that patience can lead to many happy endings.
