Normal Spell Remove 10 Spell Counters anywhere on your side of the field (from 2 or more cards with different names) to target up to 3 cards on your opponent's side of the field; return the cards back to their hand. /spell counter decks should love this Expulsion Decree (probably need a better name for this) Continuous Trap Activate by paying 1000 Life Points. Fusion Material Monsters used for a Fusion Summon, Synchro Material Monsters for the Synchro Summon of a monster are removed from play instead of being sent to the graveyard. XYZ Material Monsters that will be detached from XYZ Monsters are also banished. ill come up with monsters soon Link to comment
