I have never seen a movie by Peter Ramsey. I have never even heard of him. However, I have high hopes for him.

This movie was great, not the best but it was great. It had some good directing and some good animation, I especially like the animation by the way. The one thing I like about this movie is that it was based off of a book series, however the film was written by the author, and the movie takes place AFTER the books. The author says he did that because he didn't want people to compare the books and the movie, and I thought that was great. Chris Pine gave a great performance as Jack Frost as he felt like a completely different person, kinda how I was with Daniel Craig playing the Captain in the TIN TIN movie.

Now for the bad, the pacing.

Now I let Les Miserables off the hook because the pacing matched the movie to a certain degree. The problem with this however is that it's pacing was very off. Several scenes cut to the chase way too fast and it felt like it was shoved down our throats rather than being told to us. Everything else was great however. I found myself very satisfied with the overall film.

Although I can't say this is the greatest movie ever, I can honestly say it was pretty good. The only problem I had with this movie was it's pacing and that was it pretty much. I liked this movie.[/spoiler]

I really enjoyed it, and the Easter Bunny was absolutely adorable at that one point in the movie.

I knew I should have made this topic earlier. Oh well.

I freaking love this movie. I think it has moved to my favorite Christmas movie and probably in the top 10 of my favorite movies. The fact that this was based on a book series, but AFTERWARDS is just genius.

I can see the pacing problem though, I thought the movie as a whole cut to the point extremely quickly and there probably could have been at least another 30-45 minutes added to it and I would have been fine.

Watched the movie, I don't know it was based in a book. but after watching my rating is 4.5/5. It is because the content is new to me. The story is brings life to Christmas. Christmas has given me gifts throughout my life (nothing to do with the movie)

I took my 2 lil nieces to watch this movie and they really enjoyed it for their 1st time at the theaters and surprisingly I liked it too, Santa was a badass
