Going to shop makes Subforum Tabs open back up?

So, I go into the shop to buy snowballs and close topic things (Just in case). My subforum tabs reopen. I assume it's just an oddity, and close them up.
I go into shop to use snowballs. afterwords, subforum tabs open back up. What the heck?
It's annoying, and I don't want to see all these things I don't use every time I go into the shop. :<
