Uploading cards problem?

I've been away for a year and a half so I don't know if things have changed around here but I'm trying to upload a card I called Skyflame Synchron to a post in the realistic cards forum. I clicked on the card and it uploaded to imageshack but no matter which code I put in the post it shows up as this other card I made ages ago called "Ultimate Elemental Phantom".
Why does this keep happening?
