Damiano Tosē
Name: Soverin Torn Age: 60 (Human years, middle-aged) Gender: Male Species: Ape Home Plane: Zendikar Class: Assassin Color(s): Red /Black Appearance: Brute strength was built in the gorilla-like menace ever since he chose his calling as an assassin at both mind, body, and soul. Born of the great apes, Soverin towered them all in both height and muscularity, standing tall at a mere 7 feet and 7 inches and weighing closely up to 700 pounds in weight - as most male great apes average height is 6 feet and weigh more than 400 pounds. Soverin kept the original gorilla look: thick, black fur that circulated outside his body, providing him to keep warm in most cold climaxes. Soverin also kept the original ape-like appearance although having one blank eye on the left side from a slashing wound in battle which caused his left eye vision to be disabled for his entire life and also endured a scar from his eyebrow and trailed downward to his left nostril. Scars presented themselves on his torso to his legs, indicating his rough ways in battle. Choosing his class as an assassin, he wore light armor to move much quicker, despite his weight. The armor he currently wears a hood that covers his head and face, armor-like combat shirt with short sleeves that was made from withstanding light damage and possible medium damage. As he stands on his twos which increases his height to 3 more inches, he also wears gauntlets on his arms and legs in where he stores daggers on each side of his arms and on the gauntlets where he can use to hold in his hands, or keep intact on the gauntlets. Personality: Soverin Torn was, and still is, the most brutal gorilla of his species. He specifies himself as the most quiet of his species, as words mean nothing unless spoken to. As a child growing up, Soverin was respectable and therefore a loving child. He did what he was supposed to do and followed every direction. He was very helpful and cheerful toward other individuals and a lot of people respected him because of his personality and the way he was very helpful toward his parents. He was very proud for being the son of well-respected parents and siblings of that manner. But when the War took away his hopes, dreams, friends and family, everything changed. His personality and ideological thinking process switched to those of the emotion of evil, his heart blacker then the midnight sky. Now, he cares for no one but of himself, and disrespects anyone that comes in his way. His cold demeanor and aloof personality allows him to stay completely calm and in control in most situations, and he is not easily surprised and off-guard. However, he does not seem to compensate and comprehend the Human trait of fighting against all odds or the very concept of the so-called Human heart; during his battle with an enemy in his younger years of training, he completely overwhelms the opponent after he damages Soverin's left eye, causing him to go blind on that eye, yet the opponent continues to fight on regardless of that manner. Because of this, he sighs to himself, looks at his opponents and immediately tells him that "to continue this constant fighting is utterly disappointing." Soverin is also highly perceptive, cunning, and analytical. During his first visit to Mirrodin as an gorilla assassin, he makes several surprisingly accurate remarks on the people that confronts him, but keeps it to himself. During battles with his opponents, he uses the concept of manipulation to throw his enemies off-guard and toy with them, putting vigorous and revolting insults in their head in order for them to attack first so he can analyze their movements and make strategies to have a flawless victory or a victory with a few marks on his body. Nonetheless, he analyzes his surroundings to get a better feel of the environment and "make himself feel at home." History: Magic: Soverin's magical abilities comes from his distinctive and brutal personality with a quiet tone and a sheer feel of strategy that fuses into the mindset of a powerful warrior, both at mind, body, and soul. Soverin's red magic plays out as brutal and destructive, conjuring both meteor showers and powerful lightning strikes from the skies and long veils of flame to incinerate his enemies into ashes. He can also shroud his blades with either fire or have lightning trickle around the blade to increase the damage.

Fire: Inflict burning of Second degree(Superficial and Deep partial thickness where it effects the Epidermis and the Dermis (inner layer of the skin) resulting in swelling, redness or red-and-white with blisters) and Third degree (Extends through skin and affects deeper tissues into underlying muscle and bone, resulting in black charred skin that may be numb) burns if the blade makes contact to the skin.
Lightning: Inflict numbing pain and paralyzation if the blade makes contact to the skin.
Soverin's black magic plays out as toying with his opponents and killing them on the inside. Instead of summoning the undead to do his bidding, he plays the dark magic as a means of warping into the minds of his enemies and killing them instantly without causing external damage, only internal. Chants after chants and the victim will be poised with death-grazing thoughts of fears. Soverin's black magic also spreads poison onto the air to drain the life living with them in his favor. Soverin was a force to be wrecking with, learning magic from the black mages in Zendikar. Weapons: Assassins normally carry around daggers as their main choice in their arsenal, which is why Soverin as a few of his own. But what makes his daggers different from the rest is that:

First, the daggers are tip-less. Making the shape of the entire blade to have a long rectangle shape, Soverin's daggers were made good for both cutting and using it in defense.
Second, the daggers handle also holds a second handle that extends from the main handle at 90 degrees as Soverin called his daggers, "Dagger Tonfa." In addition to the new handle, its design allows a wide variety of blocking, trapping, jabbing, and slashing techniques which makes it a very versatile and extremely dangerous weapon in the hands of someone who wield it properly.
Cut me some slack with the History. I'll think of it some time soon. But, this is all I have for now.
bury the year
I'll review officially when you have the history up, but keep in mind that you have a lot of run-on sentences. Try to break some of them up. :'3 EDIT: Also, posted. It's not essential for you guys to know my character up close and personal just yet, so I'll let everyone socialize and share why they're on Ravnica while I get closer to crashing this party. Premier Alexander Romanov
I decided to rework Chienah's personality to be a sort of self-loathing fish out of water. I mean, she's still trying to understand the concept of rocks, let alone Planeswalking.
.Rai
Went over the word limit accidentally. Sorry Otherwise, it probably would have been Random street > Teleport lol > New Prahv. Everyone's characters are turning out well.
