• “Kurosei appears to be sinister and evil, though inside he carries a kind heart with the capacity for love and compassion... except when it comes to his enemies or those he considers evil.” – This line irks me. It seems like you’re trying to have your cake and eat it too, being all dark and evil yet upstanding and noble. Sue-ish, if you will.
• The whole “Black Moon” organization seems really close to the Infinite Consortium in practice, and having a nebulously-defined evil group may override what I plan on having in the plot. Would it be OK to just cut that?

Would it be okay if the some of the lieutenants of the Black Moon were actually spies from the Infinite Consortium? And when Kurosei left, the Black Moon merged with the Consortium?

Never mind about the reserve I had. As much as I love the character, I don't think I have enough time to do an RP and keep up, especially while balancing up with Arkhos.

I'll definitely keep up with this RP though. Looks amazing.

Edit: I might send in my character app just in case I suddenly have free time in my hands. If it needs a check, sure. History's a little short but I've dabbled details of it into other bits of the app.
Name: Fabias Drowe
Age: 29
Gender: Male
Species: Human
Home Plane: Innistrad
Class: Wizard
Color(s):

Appearance: A rather tall gentleman, and has an air of eccentricity about him, albeit subtle. His hair is scruffy and of a deep brown shade, but is speckled with silver streaks: a result of basking in the Avacynian moonlight for most of his life. Fabias' eyes are a tumultuous grey, and it is often hard to tell whether he is actually looking at you or not, because of a constant habit of looking vacant. Fabias looks vaguely frail, because of his pale tone and a figure that looks like he's been starved - all due to his time in the tower, of course. He is most often dressed in scholar's clothes, but includes a hood in his outfitting: satisfying a need to keep a protected identity in misty Nephalia, partially by being able to pass off as a rogue in Selhoff. Fabias carries a satchel of various trinkets and tools for his needs: perhaps a telescope, or moon maps, or simply just an assortment of silver and wooden symbols of Avacyn for protection. When being possessed by the remnants of a maritime spirit from Innistrad, his eyes turn a ghostly white, but there is usually no other visual clue to it.

Personality: His life and characteristics were ruled by curiosity and a thriving passion for knowledge. With a clockwork mind and a natural intelligence, Fabias was naturally always going to be an academic, foremost. But with this curiosity came mild paranoia and a short-sightedness outside of academic endeavours. He neglected the comings and goings on Innistrad, and only lived a public life to a bare minimum. It was an act of severe isolation on Fabias' part, choosing neither the path of the necro-alchemist nor the inquisitor, but to be extremely passive instead. It was highly psychological though, and a difficult childhood upon Innistrad gave him these traits, among which was a need to feel part of something. He drowned out this characteristic of his, after much time alone.

After the series of traumatising events that caused his spark to ignite, Fabias suddenly found himself in the unknown, and was forced to take a wider view of the world. Although still preferring to stay away from interaction with society, he has gained a tendency to investigation. While never actually acting upon his discoveries, his skill is almost always discovered by someone, somewhere, and is employed as an investigator (often grudgingly). After settling on Arkhos as his new study place after much to-ing and fro-ing, he has related most to the merfolk of the plane and allied with them (although appreciating the giants' natural wisdom, he doesn't comprehend their instincts to give in to violence and their need to meddle) and has begun to take on some of the protective traits of the race.

Fabias is aware of the fact that he retains some psychotic characteristics, due to a ghostly possession that caused his planeswalker spark to ignite. He will occasionally go on a rampage of unprovoked revenge and vengeance, or fall into fits of unconsciousness, before waking up agitated and confused.

History: Fabias was born in a middle-class family in the craft city of Havengul. His father was a craftsmen in the employ of a large company, while his mother was a lorekeeper, too far to stay much time at home, spending most of her time in a small building by the Elgaud Grounds. He therefore spent much of his time in an empty home, with only the protection of close contacts in the family who were soldiers and the looming Avacynian church. His father was killed one night, drowned in the sea by malevolent mare, and Fabias was left living with his mother, who would be forced to quit her occupation if she were to look after he young child. She instead sent Fabias to the quieter town of Selhoff, in the hands of a trusted friend. So he came to live in the spires of Selhoff, but found relationships in his new home stretched. He instead began to thrive on learning blue magic, often going out to the isolated stretches of the Silver Beach in order to practice. He came to hear of the astronomer, Jenrik, and became totally obsessed with the idea of the study of the moon, and also the study of the tides and the sea (especially in order to understand the death of his father when he was little). He eventually set up his own small tower along the Nephalian coastline in order to observe the moon and lived life as an Astronomancer since his early 20s.

It was here where an awful event would befoul him. Much after he had settled down in this tower, a foggy winter passed bringing far more geists than usual with the tides. One night, a tide came in, bringing in a whole swarm of geists into the tower. It was strangely aggressive behaviour, and it was not surprising that Fabias was probably being invaded and possessed. It was after being possessed in this way that his latent planeswalker spark ignited, and the spirit was forcibly expelled from his body before being flung off to another plane. After taking to the notion that he could travel to whole new worlds, he began to experiment and tried to find planes to study and watch. First appearing on Lorwyn-Shadowmoor, he learnt and perfected his amateur learning of hydromancy with the merrows there.

After spending a short amount of time as an Azorius courier to the Izzet, and then being promoted to an Azorius investigator, he left Ravnica to go towards Arkhos. He is now settling with the merfolk of the plane, learning about the plane's mysteries.

Magic: Although capable of most blue magic, he specialises in hydromancy. Although an astronomancer by trade, it is little use on planes where the moon holds less power than on his native plane, Innistrad. His preference for hydromancy comes from his father's death by drowning, but he doesn't seem to connect the hydromancy to that anymore. As an offshoot, Fabias dabbles in manipulating the strength of his enemies: mostly weakening things so he can research in peace.

Weapons: He still carries Avacynian symbols, out of habit, but also carries a silver dagger and a telescope with him.
I guess I'll try this out for now. If I realise that I have no time for it, I'll inform you and I'll just kill him off gently :3 But, anyway, yes, for now, that's the finalised app. If it doesn't get accepted, I'll probably just watch the RP through (I've always enjoyed watching, rather than interacting :P). Although, I'll most likely fix up the app anyway, even if I don't end up doing it. I've grown partial to the character.
