It's definitely an interesting card, but the stacking destruction effect might be a little much. Bouncing or just 1-for-1 destruction would be more reasonable.

Being a Level 4 2-part Spellcaster Xyz is important. The second effect would almost always be 1-for-1 and [i]maybe[/i] worth building around, but the only LP-boosting cards most people would use with it would be Spell Absorption and perhaps Poison of the Old Man.
