Cute Rotten Yoshika
something that ive noticed thats bothered me is that the last post by line under topics includes edits. so if someone goes back and fixes a typo or something but no one new has posted the thread will still say "last post by x a minute ago". is there a way to change this so that it only updates on new posts? Alice Moonflowyr
Yeeeah, that annoys me a bit as well.
Catterjune
If I recall correctly, that's only if the first post is edited. I'm not 100% sure on that though.

I can speak from experience that if you edit the first post of a thread that is x weeks / months old, it will show up in the home page as if someone posted in the thread. ihop
Yes, correct. Still pretty annoying and I would appreciate it being fixed.
.Rai
I actually appreciate it. Often, it's a rudimentary form of bumping and updating.
Night
I actually find it to be a great way to bump up a thread when new content is added without the need for a useless post exclaiming so.
