Its a rather oddball of a revival card.
Mostly, it's 2nd effect; Sangan, Pinch Hopper, Yubel, Supay, Informer Spider, Number 53, BabyCerasaurus, etc, in cases like that this card is actually better then Call of the Haunted.
Obscure, yes, but that 2nd effect is useful for the moments you want to trigger some oddball effect that gives you a plus.

Has always been an interesting card.
Self-destruct clause actually gives it an edge over Call of the Haunted in certain decks, otherwise this would just be outclassed.
Isn't it funny how something that should look like a drawback is actually part of the reason it's ever used? xD

I use it in Mine burn because Everything you want is 1000 plus It's more revival (AKA this summons 2 Mine golems for free) :U
