TBH, everyone just wants their own create-a-character mode for a Smash Bros game.

I admit it, that sounds like an awesome idea
Though I think that it's highly unlikely
Oh well at least we got a stage builder

I'd definitely like Ephraim, a lance wielder would be a welcome change. A mage would be cool, too, though I imagine they'd be similarly to the Earthbound characters. A flying character like Haar would be fun, but I'm not sure it could work.

Realistically, Chrom from Awakening will probably join, since he's the newest.

Still want the Black Knight, though.

The first game I played was Melee, but it wasn't until several years later when I was nostalgically reunited with the menu music.

I've played the original and Brawl, but Melee just has the best feel to it. Mewtwo... you will be missed. :(

The sad thing is, even if the Black Knight got in, his stats wouldn't be realistic to what they are in-game, so he'd be really slow where in FE he's not affected by the weight of his armor.

But at least I'm fairly sure they'd give him sword beams. Both Alondite and Ragnell have them, so it's a shame Ike doesn't use it in Brawl.

I don't know if Ike uses Ragnell in brawl

Yes, he uses Ragenell. (On a side note, Ragnell hasn't aged well in Awakening.)

And obviously not, if things were realistic Ike would be way superior to Marth, since his stats are better in virtually every way (and Ike is faster than he is strong in-game, though his strength in Brawl is accurate).

Yeah that sound reasonable for Roy to be replaced by Ike if he was broken, I don't remember since it's been years since I played Melee
Though I still don't see why they replaced Mewtwo with Lucario, there was nothing wrong with him, at least from what I can remember

I thought that Mewtwo was a good character
He wasn't. He honestly wasn't. Like he couldn't kill people, ever. Roy wasn't THAT good either, and was only in the game to show off the new FE game that was coming out, so yea, its easy to see why he was cut too.

He actually had decent killing potential with his Up and Back Throws. His Down Air was a great Meteor Smash too. It was his floaty jumps, his corresponding light weight, and the fact he was such a large target so he couldn't duck under, well, any attacks that made him so bad. x-x

Super Smash Bros is undoubtedly my favorite video game franchise alongside the Paper Mario series.
I've clocked so many hours on Melee and Brawl in my lifetime; I play Brawl with my friends at college every week. And we're all eagerly anticipating the sequel.
I still remember how psyched I was for Brawl, and it was well worth the wait.

I only played the original Smash Bros on a laptop, so no mains there. In Melee, I pretty much only played as the Mario Bros.
Brawl's where I shook things up.
Mains: Toon Link, Lucario, Luigi
Sub-Mains: Pikachu, Sonic, Mario, Pit, Wolf, Peach

I've been trying to expand my roster lately, so I've been training with Bowser, Diddy Kong and Peach (who has transcended to a sub-main, so that worked out).

I've put probably over 2000 hours into these games. I've cleared Subspace Emissary on Intense....

64: Kirby, Fox, Pikachu, Falcon

Melee: Marth, Jigglypuff, Peach, Ganondorf, Fox, Pikachu, Samus,

Brawl: Fox, Zelda, Marth, Ike, Pikachu, Snake, Falco, Wolf, Lucas, Meta Knight,

I can't wait for the next game to come out... :D

I once beat Tabuu on Intense without dying as Ike, it was very difficult.
I'd imagine that it would
The guy's already uber hard to beat on easy mode
