I offer a 1v1 contest. Simple entry, just post 2 cards:
[b]1 that supports the Thunder Type[/b]
and [b]1 card that's supported by existing Thunder monsters.[/b]

(They can both do both if you want.)

The winner is the first to receive [b]2 consecutive votes[/b].
If you win, [b]you get 200 points and a [color=#00FF00]Rep[/color][/b].
But if I win, I don't get any points or Rep.
Instead, [color=#FF0000]you will have to change your avatar to 1 legal image of my choice, for the rest of the month[/color].

Newhat:
1. Kinda useless... Thunder family likes to explode with 2-3 xyz in a single turn, not manipulate the opponent. The boost is a bit pointless: if I want my monsters to get a boost, I'd run solidarity.
2. Not bad, but a bit lackluster. The anti-solemn effect is nice, and the bounce is nice too, but its a bit 1-dimensional overall.

Axi:
1. I know exactly which card I'm grabbing: Thunder Sea Horse. But honestly, this card isn't horrible, it just gives a deck more consistency whilst keeping a monster to guard your life. It'd probably die next turn anyways. Abusable? Yes. List worthy? No.
2. Dat -0 Xyz. Extra deck monsters paying for themselves is baaaaad design. Look at karakuris and their triple burei mini-loop. Then again, you're basically just replacing a 1300 attacker with a 1600 one with its + effect. This card also protects thunder family from mirror force, which really hurts them.

Might as well help.

Newhat:

Trap- Situational and there are cards that negate monster effects way easier.
Xyz Monster- I actually like this, effect is unique and the anti solemn is nice.

Aix-
Monster- Very useful and adds more hand advantage to thunder family, although slightly o'ped

Xyz- It just seems like an OTK card to me, and a bit lack luster.


My vote goes to Aix because Newhat's trap<Aix Monster, Newhat's Xyz=Aix Xyz imo.




PS: Sora, you're spelling Aix's name wrong...
