When this card is targeted by a card effect: You can flip this card face-up; the effect of that card becomes "Banish all cards you control, and if you do, draw 1 card for each card banished in this way."

Equip only to a Spellcaster-Type monster. Its ATK and DEF become 1900. Once per turn: You can change the equipped monster from Attack Position to Defense Position: Special Summon 1 Spellcaster-Type monster from your hand, but it returns to the hand during the End Phase.

Wow, interesting cards ya got there. Bank Shot punishes players for using MST and is a technical -1, but in reality it'll run like Raigeki and Heavy on steroids. I don't think wrecking an opponents field for using MST is fair, even if they do get to replenish their hand. It's just asking for OTKs. I really like the other one: its good, but a bit slow. I feel like allowing the SS'd monster to be used as a mat during that turn is fine: otherwise the monster changed to defense position is a sitting duck.

The idea behind the second one was to cheat out [url="http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/High_Priestess_of_Prophecy"]High Priestess of Prophecy[/url] and [url="http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Reaper_of_Prophecy"]Reaper of Prophecy[/url] without wasting time with Tribute Summons or accumulating Spellbooks. It also lets you temporarily revive a monster from your opponent's Graveyard with [url="http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Sorciere_de_Fleur"]Sorciere de Fleur[/url] every turn.

The no-Xyz-or-Sync thing is in place to keep Madolche combos down, but I guess it's not needed as Double Summon does it anyways. It's gone.
