This is my almost overdue entry. Earlier, I asked if 'Sonic' would be allowed... that was just an example. In reality, I meant these 'Striker' monsters, because there are several monsters out there with 'Striker' in the name, though I couldn't think of anything else. 'Striker' seems appropriate enough for an archetype based on attacks.

...If none of this makes sense, oh well. Just judge the cards.
Monsters:
****
FIRE
Warrior/Effect
When this card Attacks; you can destroy 1 Spell or Trap card on the field, before the Damage Calculation.
1700 ATK/0 DEF

***
EARTH
Warrior/Effect
Face-up 'Striker' monsters gain 500 ATK.
1200 ATK/0 DEF

****
LIGHT
Warrior/Effect
This card can attack a number of times equal to the number of 'Striker' monsters on the field. If so, this is the only card that can attack this turn.
1800 ATK/0 DEF

***
WIND
Warrior/Effect
When a 'Striker' monster attacks: you can tribute this card to have that monster gain 1000 ATK.
1100 ATK/0 DEF

****
DARK
Beast/Effect
When a monster you control attacks; your opponent discards 1 random card, then draws 1 card from their deck.
1900 ATK/0 DEF

***
WIND
Winged-Beast/Effect
When this card is Summoned: you can Special Summon 1 'Striker' monster from your hand. You cannot Special Summon for the rest of the turn.
1600 ATK/0 DEF

***
DARK
Zombie/Effect
This card can attack directly.
800 ATK/0 DEF

******
EARTH
Warrior/Effect
When this card attacks; you can destroy a card on the field.
1800 ATK/0 DEF

********
DARK
Dragon/Effect
By tributing 2 'Striker' monsters, you can Special Summon this card from your hand. When this card attacks; Special Summon 2 'Striker' monsters from your Graveyard. They are destroyed at the end of the Battle Phase.
1900 ATK/0 DEF
Extras:
Trap
When a 'Striker' monster battles: you can destroy all Spell and Trap cards on the field.

Spell
'Striker' monsters gain 200 ATK for each time they declare an attack.

Field Spell
'Striker' monsters cannot be destroyed by card effects.
...If this were a REAL archetype, and not something I threw together in a single week, it'd probably be a bit bigger, but this has the general idea.

A colorful low-Level archetype. "Mutant", I guess. Note that "the field/Graveyard" refers to the field and Graveyard of both players. "Mutant" relies on weird Type-Attribute combinations and using your own inconsistency to gradually cut off the opponent's options, which is totally what player interaction is, right?

Hooray for Yugico and its inability to understand what "Winged Beast" is. I could've simplified Transer with a shared name but I...didn't. Huehuehue

Somewhere along 5 or 6. The problem I had with them was consistency: any good Furnus build would have to run triple macro and triple dfissure, but that's 6 cards out of 40, so you're not guaranteed to draw into one first turn, and if you don't, you're screwed. I would have liked to see a ritual spell that banished the tributes, setting up from the one that shuffles the banished ones into the deck.

I had limited space so I could only pick a few to make. I probably shouldn;t have made rituals as those need quite a bit of support. What do you mean by I'm screw if I don't draw d prison. The ritual spell can ritual summon the traditional method too (by tributing monsters from hand or field).

Well, the problem with yours is that it didn't seem fun to play against. You're essentially sitting there with a full hand saying "Eh, you can't do that. Nah, not that either.", and that drags down P2P interaction.
It acts as a counter to the current meta. In my mind, it makes both players try to best the other. That's my line of thought in a nutshell.

I'd say that the other guy would end up frantically searching for his combo pieces that are nicely tucked away in the banished zone, which would limit the extent to which he can perform and thus reduce P2P interaction.
Your argument does have merit, I'll give you that. However, Leviair says hi. And if they are that concerned about it, they would side against the banish happy deck it would be a part of.

True, but TGU is at 2, and that is the means by which one would make leviair 90% of the time. And macro monarchs can be sided against with triple MST. This, not so much. The only side card for this is imperial iron wall, and most decks can't afford to run it. Anyways, head on over to the next contest! I think you'll do well there.

Dfissure =/= D.P.

Dimensional Fissure is basically the spell form of Macro Cosmos. Look eet up. Tributing to summon the monsters is too slow: that's a technical -3 for something that's gonna get solemn'd.

I know what d fissure is. That's a typo in my part.

Regardless, the fact remains that traditional ritual summoning is too unreliable; it's a -2 at best. Gishkis work because
a. They have salvage and trade-in.
b. There are 9 targets for monsters that can be used as entire tributes, and all of them search out your ritual pieces.
c. The ritual spell can turn a -2 into a -1 by getting back the ritual monster for you.
