This Account is Unplayable
It requires you to control two monsters. It's not solid removal. Solid removal can be used at any time in any scenario necessary or one that is common enough to be useful. Odds are, if you control two monsters, you don't need to be killing their monsters either. Odds are, if you control no monsters, you need to be killing their monsters. Link to comment

Just Crouton
How about: "Target 1 monster on each side of the field; destroy those targets." Link to comment

VictorSempra
I would run a card like that. Funny title, pretty decent effect. Then again, I don't play competitively, so what do I know. Link to comment
thesynchrohero
I've thought about it and come up with a scenario that could give this card use : Your side of the field Stardust dragon in attack mode and a face-down Threat-Conducted Incineration Beam. Your opponent's side Black Rose Dragon and Red Dragon Archfiend, both in attack. Red Dragon Archfiend attacks, destroying Stardust and then you activate Threat-Conducted Incineration Beam to stop Black Rose from attacking directly and destroy it. Link to comment

thesynchrohero
Does not have to be them cards you just have to have one monster and your opponent has to have 2 monsters one capable of defeating yours one not able to. Link to comment
