For starters, players can't "declare a negation". They can "activate a card effect that negates X" where X is something though.

Also, I feel like the cards don't do much other than be opposites of utopia and its support. And being a supposed Malefic monster, maybe you could make an effect that's a bit more malicious?

It supposed to be the opposie(ATKing abilties with DEFive power). And how about I make it non-malefic?
