Alright, posting my card up now. And I used a template for the card because YCM's card maker isn't working for me and I don't like YugiCo's card maker.

Forgotten Carnival of the Sea
Level 3 / WATER
Fish / Effect
When your opponent Special Summons a monster: If that monster is a Xyz monster, target it; Special Summon this card from your hand, then take control of the target (if any) and detach all Xyz Materials from that target.

I'm well aware. I actually just went to dinner with my family, and I will go online, remake the card, and post it here as soon as I'm home. Family and social life > card games

I'm giving Zanda my vote. Sora, your card is OP'd. In today's game, you'll see about 2 Xyz Monsters on the field, maybe more. Combine that with the love of Special Summoning, this card can steal a game with no effort. Your card gives too much for simply Summoning it.

Zanda, your card is cute. A nice surprise for people trying to push for game, or in general. By reading it, it looks like a mandatory effect, but I may be wrong. With that said, Golem can screw you if you have this card in your hand. However, who uses Golem? Your card is great and deserves the vote.

Sorry, Lelouche, but your card is too powerful, its like a Neo Galaxy Eyes Photon Dragon but easier to summon (though, granted, with less ATK but your monster still has a good amount, enough to destroy stuff like Zenmaines and Maestroke, as well as Utopia since it has no Xyz Material). It can easily be an insta-OTK.

Susan, is your card's effect mandatory? At any rate, I would probably Side Deck a copy this card for Decks that are really fond of Xyz Summoning. I would say it's almost OP because of its usefulness with Monarchs (you just got yourself either a wall or 2 Tributes for the cost of disrupting your opponent's play) but it's not as overpowered as Sora's.

My vote also goes to Zanda Panda.

Edit: Reading above about acid golem, I'm guessing it isn't mandatory

Sora: I like your card, but with each material being 1 attack, he can easily get up to 4 attacks for 2 xyz. then, he gains attack. its really easy to otk, and if you set up plays like creature swap for the xyz, he becomes OP. It was a good idea, and a good try, but I feel its a little too easy to splash on the field to terrorize your opponent.

Zanda: D'awwwww its so cute! OT: your card is good. I like how its a hand trap, so you can spring it when the play a monster without fear of MST or Heavy. Its also useful. Its kinda like, grab an xyz, but its effects negated. It sets up plays, and all that. The only problem, as mentioned is acid Golem. Not sure how many people use it, but im pretty sure people are smart enough to not use it.

EDIT: Zanda gets my vote.
