Some combination of Island and Plains that I haven't quite thought up yet.

So this is based off of Keyrune Control but instead of using Keyrunes for attack purposes, I'm using them for manaramp and Door to Nothingness fodder.
I'm also trying not to break the bank. Trust me, I'd LOVE 2 more Terminus and to get some Sphinx's Revalations, but my wallet is punching me for ordering $40 as well as screwing up on those Golgari Keyrunes >.<

It's kinda depressing because this is a pretty meh deck without planeswalkers. I'd personally go for a 2/2 split of Azorius and Selesnya keyrunes. Flying's pretty important, and Selesnya Keyrune still gets killed by Thragtusk.

Dissipate > Cancel, pretty simple there. Play Augur of Bolas over Alchemist's Apprentice, and probably Cyclonic Rifts over Inaction Injunction.

Did everything Rai said except also dropped the 3 Golgari Keyrunes for a Rakdos and to top off Azorius.

And yea I can definitely see why Jace and Tamiyo are amazing *went to a tourney and had to fight off a bunch of them* but my wallet hates me already v.v
Maybe if I get some lucky trades, especially since my booster drafts seem to love giving me shocklands ._.
