There's a Scrap Tuner that's never used, possibly because it's incompatible with Chimera, possibly because it's generally not useful.

This card can attack your opponent directly. During your End Phase: Destroy 1 card you control, and if you do, draw 1 card. When this card is destroyed by your opponent's card (either by battle or by card effect) and sent to the Graveyard: Target 1 non-Synchro "Scrap" monster in your Graveyard; Special Summon that target.

Is Chimera worth it? This is not gonna survive very long off no field, but it can do 2600 damage that turn, or more if you can keep it alive. The drawback may not be a drawback in a Deck using, say, Fiendish Chains or Calls of the Haunted.
