RoaringSilence0
Alright, fine: "Once per turn: pay 500 Life Points to target one Level 5 or higher "Toon" monster and one Level 4 or lower "Toon" monster you control. Add half of the original ATK of the Level 4 or lower "Toon" monster to the Level 5 of higher "Toon" monster, until the End Phase. Pegasus_Maxamillion
I have been toying around with this Ritual Toon monster and I am having trouble with his/her name all I know is I want "Manga" in its name. Here is its' effect When "Toon World" on the field is destroyed, this card is also destroyed. If your opponent doesn't control a Toon Monster, this card can attack your opponent's Life Points directly. If a face-up Toon Monster is on your opponent's side of the field, you must select the Toon Monster as an attack target. This card cannot attack the same turn it was Ritual Summoned. Once per duel you may pay half your Life Points to return all cards that were Banished and all cards in both player's Graveyards to their receptive owner's decks and shuffle the deck. When this card is removed from the feild Banish it. When this card is Bashed by its own effect it cannot be returned to the Feild, Hand, Deck, or Graveyard. When this card is Summoned; inflict 1200 points of damage to your opponent's Life Points and 600 points of damage to your Life Points. All Toon monsters gain 300 ATK/DEF. If a face-up "Toon World" card on your field would be destroyed by an opponent's card effect destroy this card instead. When this card is destroyed by its effect then you may play field spell "Toon Town of Darkness" from your hand or deck face-up in the field spell zone. This card cannot attack the turn it was Special Summoned. When "Toon World" is on the field you can only Special Summon or Set this card from your hand, but Tributes are required for monsters Level 5 or more. When a face-up "Toon World" card on your field would be destroyed by an opponent's card effect destroy this card instead. If this card is destroyed by its effect then you may play field spell "Toon. Monsters on your opponent side of the field can only attack the Toon monster with the highest ATK. (If it's a tie, you get to choose.) During your stand-by phase you must pay 500 life points or destroy this card.Target 1 face-up Toon monster you control to activate this card. Banish 1 Toon monster from your graveyard: increase the ATK of the target by half the ATK of the Banished monster. This card cannot attack the turn it was Special Summoned. When "Toon World" is on the field you can only Special Summon or Set this card from your hand. When "Toon World" on the fieldii is destroyed, this card is also destroyed. If your opponent doesn't control a Toon Monster, this card can attack your opponent's Life Points directly. If a face-up Toon Monster is on your opponent's side of the field, you must select the Toon Monster as an attack target. When a Toon Monster Direct Damage to your opponent's Life Points you may increase your Life Points by half the attacking monster's ATK.Both players can Summon or Set monsters with "Toon" or "Manga" in its name without Tributing, by paying 500 Life Points x the number of monsters needed for the Tribute Summon. "Toon World" cannot be effected by your opponent's card effects. Pay 500 life points during your end phase or destroy this card.
