Airride
Era of Silence Field Spell All Level 6 or lower Monsters with no Effect or that have their effects negated gain 400 ATK. Once per turn, during each Main Phase: the Turn Player must flip a coin; If the Result is Heads, they target up to 2 monsters on the field and negate their effects. If the result is tails, they discard 1 card, then draw 1 card. If they cannot, They send the top card of their deck to their graveyard. Meh, Felt like it, so I did. newhat
Negating effects could be useful against Zenmaines, Catastor, or monsters that tend to stay on the field for several turns using their effects. The boost is minor and isn't worth building a Deck around, but yeah, it's a coin flip. The "drawback" of discarding and drawing might get you killed against Dark World. This simply doesn't do very much. Link to comment
Airride
What would you suggest to change it? I was just considering ditching the draw Effect, and Make it discard 1 to negate the 2. Maybe add another effect that fits the theme? (Silent Era of Movies - Negation of effects/Powering up [No spoken dialogue], Discard 1, Draw 1 [Bad quality]) Link to comment
newhat
Ahh, that's what it was. You could reward a certain style of play, like spending a turn without activating the effects of any monsters. Link to comment
