Agro
Even without stating it, if a monster like Tengu, whose effect activates if removed from the field, is returned to the deck, it won't activate its effect. So there's no need to state it in the effects. As for Attack Formation, based on wording, unless I'm wrong, I don't think a soldier under its influence would activate its effect since it's already in the Graveyard and treated as a Normal Monster again. Not sure if that's the case. And I hope Colonel's last effect isn't lingering. And even if it isn't, that's still pretty dumb. The basic premise of the archetype isn't broken, however, since all of them miss the timing. Link to comment
And I hope Colonel's last effect isn't lingering. And even if it isn't, that's still pretty dumb.
The ATK increase or the Draw until you have 5 cards? I was confused to which one you said the last effect was. Yes, the ATK gain is permanent, unless it gets flipped over by BoM/Veiler'd/etc. The Draw until you have 5 was originally an End Phase effect, but stuff like Battle Fader/Veiler/Maxx C/various hand traps exist. So I nerf'd it. Link to comment
