This card is treated as "Sanctuary in the Sky". All Fairy-Type monsters gain 300 ATK and DEF. When a Fairy-Type monster is destroyed, place 1 Sky Counter on this card. When there are 4 Sky Counters on this card: You can send this card to the Graveyard to target 1 Fairy-Type monster in your Graveyard; Special Summon that target. If this card would be destroyed, you can remove 1 Sky Counter instead.

Because it also lets the ones that benefit from it(Like Counter Fairys, to an extreme) actually stay on the field longer.
