Dad
Why is NA still N/A? Because of the lack of Viktor players.
Pyur
Have you guys read all the patch notes yet? They removed Negatron cloak (wat) They removed Feral Flare (yay) but added an enchantment that you can put on any item that builds from machete that reads "Killing large monsters increases the magic damage of this item by +1. Champion kills or assists increase the magic damage of this item by +2." While starting with 40 magic damage on hit. Really? Please no. There are 3 other enchantments for each respective role. One that gives AP and CDR, one that gives AD and Armor Pen, and one that gives HP, CDR and Tenacity, and all of those are looking nice. There are 4 new jungling items alongside the 4 enchantments, and they all tamper with smite.
Blaze it, fa****
Brinolovania
I did read the patch notes. Took a damn long time, too. And the best preseason change wasn't even mentioned: Smite now displays how much damage it does on the ability, like Kassadin's ult. CLARITY! EDIT: Hey, this post got the thread to 100 pages. Woot. Pyur
That just makes me feel like I've wasted my time memorizing the smite damage at each level Also Why is NA still N/A? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d8h9HyoZAa4
Pyur
NA SERVER IS UP So who's waiting an hour to log in with me?
The Amazing Avian
Gonna play a few jungle games tomorrow and give a rundown of what's going on in there if anyone is interested. From the one game I did try, Gromp and Golem buffs are the most op things ever for clearing and I think I found the new Godyr build.
Makο
Watched the TL;DR patch notes. ...I'm gonna go lie down. This is a lot to take in.
CLG Klavier
I'm gonna write a detailed walkover of the new jungle today or tomorrow, once I get to play some games.
Pyur
So I got to smite kill Teemo 4 times in 1 match, and I must say it's the best feeling ever.

CLG Klavier
Quick impressions of the new jungle: Poacher's Knife is mostly useless Gromp and Blue Smite buffs are useless Wolf Smite buff is amazing in enemy jungle, medicore in your own Counterjungling is back, Nunu god tier soon(tm)
Pyur
I've only played Udyr and Nautilus in the new jungle so far, and I love the Gromp smite buff.
CLG Klavier
It's too weak for what it gives. It does help with clearing a little, but compared to huge HP regen, two free vision buffs or the Krug one...it's lackluster.
Pyur
I can see it being worthless on anyone who isn't a tank or junglers with great clear, but with the way everything is set up now, it's probably the best smite bonus for tanks or single target clear champions early on, but only if you can stay alive without the HP regen bonuses. But yeah, not a tank? Not single target? Can't live? Gromp not the best idea. On that note though, the Raptor smite bonus is pretty good all around I think. Grants true sight when a ward spots you? I focused on this one when I was Udyr. Edit: For those that haven't seen it
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GnT8jVCyh_E
CLG Klavier
Jungle buffs: Razorbeaks>Red>Wolves>Krugs>Gromp>Blue Jungle items: Ranger's>Skirmisher's>Stalker's>Poacher's
Pyur
Thoughts on Devourer enchantment? The others are pretty basic, and Devourer is just a buffed Feral Flare, but what do you think about the whole "Skirmisher's Sabre - Devourer" Master Yi/Fiora situation we're gonna have on our hands soon enough
CLG Klavier
Yeah, Devourer is Flare+. It's a FF that starts with 15 stacks and doesn't have to be AFK farmed into. Probably will get toned down a little, but, lack of heal on hit balances it out a bit.
Brinolovania
The general consensus, from what I've seen, is that smiting Gromp is only good if it's the first thing you do. Also, Ranger's Trailblazer is OP. And you should always try to ward your opponent's chickens for maximum trolling. I'm looking forward to trying out jungle later. Gonna be a good time =D
CLG Klavier
I'll write a primer about the jungle once I test some stuff out.
The Amazing Avian
I spectated a B5 game and found the hard counter to chicken buff: Don't ward ever. The buff just goes to waste. IT'S PERFECT! Challenger, here I come. As far as champions, sustain>everyone else. It's relatively hard to get through the jungle with low sustain champs, but Udyr, WW, Trundle, Fiddle, and Aatrox can clear with a pretty high amount of health as opposed to Lee, Vi, and Jax. CLG Klavier
Elise is pretty much a God Tier pick at the moment. Juggernaut enchantment is pretty much the old Ancient Golem, the item which's removal killed Elise. She can go full tank again, and while she was nerfed a bit along the way, she can do a buff>camp>buff clear without burning a single Health Potionm and end at 3/4+ HP. That's incredibly huge.
