A little bit of OCG corrections, but I like it. It seems balanced enough that you have to destroy 3 cards, not 'up to', meaning you may have to destroy one of your own sometimes. Not to mention it has 2900 ATK, which seems just right for a card with such an effect.

[/quote]Nope, I like it this way because if something is chained and your Opponent's field goes down to 2 or 1, you'll either have to sacrifice a card or the effect will dissipate.

You take a -3 to Summon it unless you get a bunch of free Tributes somehow, then hope it doesn't get negated or Bottomlessed even though your opponent has 3 cards on the field, then discard a card to blow up [url="http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Starlight_Road"]exactly 3 cards if it resolves[/url]. I think it is far too risky.
