Seriously, unless you're an inch away, it'll take 4-5 shots to kill someone. AND THE PISTOL ONLY HAS 5 SHOTS

As for the crashing issues, they're being patched next update.

1. Mako, SMG's can use whatever they damn well want. Which is good, because I've always used silencers.
2. Do you not remember the 1887 in MW2? Or how accurate and deadly the SPAS was?

I'm not actually sure why, but I'm not doing too well in multiplayer for this game. I seem to be losing way more gunfights in this game than the others. I won probably 85-95% of my gunfights in MW3, about 70-80% in BO1, but in this game I seem to only be winning about 60% of my gunfights. I think it's because Treyarch has made the assault rifles worse at close range. I really like the M27, but I'm actually struggling to even go positive with it because I'm constantly getting pooped on by SMGs.

Apparently the PDW is good and the Vector as well.

The PDW doesn't seem to kill very fast. My favorite thus far is the Vector.
I've looked into this and maybe it isn't because of the assault rifles that I'm losing gunfights. It seems a lot of people are having this problem and they say it has to do with lag compensation.

Yeah, that's fair. I did like MW2, and MW1 was good but I only played it once. Still Blops 2 is probably my favorite. I like the feel.

MW3 was just terrible though.

I'm REALLY enjoying the SMR + Select Fire. A Full Auto wrecking ball? Yes please. 2 shots to the chest and dead.

Only problem is its low RoF. If you can't get that first shot in him, you're as good as gone.


...The Death Machine is the best thing that has happened in this game.

ALSO
I have basically described CRUX in this way:
Mako has the best KDR
Larry is second best at that stuff
Agro can't get a KDR over 5 to save his life (get it?) but still manages to have the best W/L Ratio of all 3.

On a side note, I've found a loadout I'm VERY happy with.

AN-94 w/ Fast Mag + Quickdraw Grip

Perk 3 Greed
Ghost
Scavenger
Dexterity + Engineer

I actually am a bit more of an objective player in this game. In MW3 I was a killwhore with a super awesome KDR, but in this game, my KDR is only 1.5-ish. I played a game of Domination on Hijacked and I was fighting my heart out to cap B by myself because my teammates didn't give a s**t. I finished 39-27 but my score was over 6000. I had a few games like that.

I don't see the need for Engineer in this game, as Claymores and Bouncing Betties seem to be horrible in this game. If I trigger one, it hardly does any damage to me, or I just run past it harmlessly. In BO1 Claymores were super OP, and Hacker was a necessity. I tried the auto FAL, don't have the SMR yet, and I have to say it's an anti-camper machine, although I lose A LOT of up-close gunfights. I also have yet to use the AN-94. Today my KDR went down a lot because I was really struggling with using the M27. So I got fed up and switched to the MTAR, which I really haven't used much before today. THAT GUN IS A BEAST.

This is my favorite class at the moment. Also I highly recommend using the Lodestar scorestreak. It's like the Reaper from MW3 but twice as good. Combining the awesomeness of the Lodestar with the awesomeness of this class and I got quite a few 50+ kill games. I MADE LOTS OF PEOPLE GO BOOM

And are you kidding about the Betty's? ESPECIALLY when paired with the Shock Charges. 1 BB and 1 SC right next to each other is an instant kill against the unprepared player.

This is why the Black Hat and Engineer work so well together. By arming myself with two Black Hats, I can take that setup and use it against the creator. In fact, when people use BBs or SCs to protect their backs, it really helps to take them. They get caught off guard when their equipment bites back, and make for easy kills.

Using Engineer, I can take enemy equipment from UNDER HIJACKED. They never see it coming.

Also, UAVs and all other killstreaks are vulnerable. Some just take more Black Hats than others.

I've run into them all the time. It's insane.

I guess it's more common in SnD. Their only occasional in TDM and stuff.


Fun fact. You can take your or the enemies care packages with a Black Hat. Using your BH to take the enemies also booby traps it at the same time. :3

The Black Hat PDA is a secondary grenade that can do the following.

Hack enemy equipment for your own use (Bouncing Bettys, Shock Charges, Claymores, C4, etc.)
Capture Care Packages (it booby traps your opponents care package when you take it)
Destroy enemy ground killstreaks (AGR, Auto Turret, Guardian, etc)
Destroy enemy air killstreaks (Drone, etc)

It has a limited range for the first group.
Same for the second.
It has a longer but still limited for the third.
It has unlimited range for the fourth.

It all can be done through walls.

It's amazing.
