Broken boss for gishkis

Effect: This card can only be added from the deck to the hand by drawing it. This card can only be summoned by its own effect or a "Gishki" ritual spell. This card can only be removed from the field by battle. If this card is sent to the graveyard you can Banish one "Gishki" monster in your graveyard to special summon this card during the End phase.

Why I think its broken:
It's basically a Venominaga that is MUUUUUUUCH easier to summon.

For the record, this thing is not as powerful as you think it is. Book of Moon can set it, then Caius will take him to the rendezvous point. Or other shenanigans ensue. But as was said above, Gishkis are a control archetype. Zeal Gigas nets card advantage. This thing just kinda... sticks around.
