Cipher let out a deep sigh and scratched the back of his head. "Well if you wan't but I do have to warn you, not even a TARDIS can stand up to the raw power of a Time Fissure for more than a couple of hours. Well listen to me preaching to the choir, anyways, here you go." Cipher placed the stone inside of the tray and pressed the button to close it again. "Well I will be reading a few books, let me know when you need anything." Turning to go he stopped a minute and looked a Scribe. "Your Scribe right? Yes, and what a treat, a female Time Lord. That will help to level the playing field in some of our more 'heated' discussions. That is besides the point, you are a genius at navigation among geniuses of other skills. I am sure you will fit right in." Cipher winked at her and walked away.

Rounding a corner Cipher discovered he was standing right in front of a, rather large, white door. When he opened it he was astounded to see one of his greatest dreams come to life. It was a collection of books and documents, both philosophical, fictional, political, documentary, anecdotal in nature, but all of them a good read. "Oh boy now this will be fun. TARDIS please search the universal musical data base for all music that has a relaxing Celtic quality to it and compile it into a play list and start playing it for me. Thank you." This took the TARDIS all of a minute to do but all the music it collected created a single playlist of over ten million songs. Listening to the Celtic styled music Cipher sat down in a large arm chair and pulled out a book that appeared to have come from 18th century earth, he opened it and started reading.
