I think this card is most broken as an Xyz Material, considering the wording is such that it can be used as any Xyz Material, IE any Level. As far as Synchros and that go, it's not all that powerful, since it can't be treated as any Level. It can just be used as -a- material for any Synchro Summon.

Being able to add a card from your Deck to your hand with its own effect is strange. The wording doesn't allow you to Xyz for any Level; it just lets you disregard Type, Subtype, Attribute and name restrictions. But you made the card, so rule it as you wish.

There are probably broken Archetype combos here; not really something I mind. I can't think of a way to go infinite with the Graveyard-returning effect.

Well, if it weren't the case, then it would be unusable as an Xyz material, except for maybe having an extra Material attached. Also, I added something else, and may just make it even more broken.
